Families with children will enjoy the enclosed / safe private garden terrace with a gate leading to the pool area. Couples will admire the views and enjoy romantic walks along the sea front. As both resorts offer championship golf courses, it is of course a perfect villa for golfers.

Lounge & Kitchen: The living room is beautifully furnished with 2 x sofas, 1 x amchair, dining room table and chairs, flat screen TV with satellite TV (BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5). Patio doors open to the large garen terrace and lovely sea views.
Kitchen : The kitchen is immaculate and brand new. It consists of an oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and is fully equipped.
Master: Double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes. Ensuite bathroom. Patio doors to upstairs balcony and gorgeous sea views.
2nd bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes.
Air conditioning supplied throughout.

Very let down by the whole experience. Looking to book Costa Adeje but not having much luck holiday lettings rep sent me details of this property, we were looking to stay 35 -36 days from end of January, I am rheumatoid arthritis sufferer and my husband had been very ill so needed some winter sun. Arrived at property in the dark having never used key box before, took me 10 minutes to find someone to try and help me get into box, having spent quite some time trying to work out how it worked, young man helped me, he had never used one either, eventually get the keys and get into property. 10pm before we are in, went to find somewhere to eat after unloading suitcases, only 2 places open, both bars and not serving food. In the morning discovered how dirty the property was, we had then to purchase cloths and products to clean up, it took me 2 days. First cooking, oil started to drip onto the hob from hood extractor, removed extractor filters which were thick with oil, dead lizard and huge cockroach drop onto hob,; took 3 hot washes in dishwasher to remove oil and grease from filters. Found ladies pants under curtains. Unfortunately it was the coldest winter in Tenerife we are told for 30 years, this cannot be helped but when we told the letting agent the heating did not work his response was it was not advertised with heating, no but it was advertised with air conditioning and it is the same unit that supplies both, reported also standard of cleanliness. Cleaner turned up and was not embarrassed, seemed to think it was nothing. Crockery chipped and minimal as are all utensils, had to purchase several items and leave behind. Other guests who booked through the same owner, who were allocated the villa we were supposed to go in had central heating tried to get ours to work. Engineer arrived quite a long time later, eventually 4 days before we left heating was fixed. We were wearing jumpers and jackets to keep warm.
Whole area seems to be very run down. Lots of vacant land, no facilities no bus service, your nearest bus stop Golf del sur. tried to contact the person we were given a number for to help with any problems multiple times and it would ring and then drop out. Managed to eventually get him on the emergency number number on the day we were leaving as we had managed to get a flight earlier than we had planned going home, we needed to put the keys in the key box and it would not work with the code they had given us he did not apologise for not helping as and told us that the key box code had been changed. Had I not managed to get hold of him what was I to do with the key. A very bad experience all round
We have not long being back from our holiday, the Villa was of a high standard very clean and secure, with everything we needed, the location was excellent easy walking distance to shops, bars ect, a bar wich was very family friendly opposite was excellent, we did not really notice the noise of the aeroplanes, it was a great advantage being so near to the airport, we did not have any English channels and with having a young child we were back early, so it would have been nice to have had this, we loved it and will be going back for our winter holiday next year
We found the property to be extremely dirty on arrival and had problems with the keys in the locks due to lack of use. We couldnt leave the property on the first evening as we couldnt get the key out of the door lock. On phoning the owner we were told that someone would be able to get to us but probably not until the next day which didnt really help! However, we did appreciate that he probably wasn t in the country. The cleaner/maintenance man turned up the next day and his key wasnt too bad but we continued to have problems through most of the holiday - they had just loosened up by the time we were leaving. Quite clearly not having been used for some time in our opinion.
We were also told by one of the residents that there had been a spate of burgularies as we had asked some questions as to why many of the apartments were so heavily locked up. After I personally had to go and buy aload of cleaning stuff and clean the apartment ourselves we felt much better. There were hardly any residents or holiday makers around which left us feeling a little isolated. Thank goodness there was one irish bar across the road that we could walk over to in the evening. Other than that everywhere was pretty much locked up and you definitely need a car no matter what time of year you go. We did like the quietness during the day though as we had the pool to ourselves pretty much.
It is a lovely apartment and feel that this review would have been very different if I had arrived to a nice clean apartment (it really had not been cleaned no matter what the cleaners say - there was suncream marks all over the patio doors, smudge and water marks all over the tiles and round the sinks, fluff/dust gatherings, etc) and if there had been no issues with the keys!
This property looks much better in real life. It is beautiful, everything is fresh and new and everything works. The pool was literally a few feet away from the garden. The upstairs balcony gave an amazing view of the local marina and the sea beyond where you can watch dolphins swimming past. The sea is less than 50 feet from the pool. When we were there in September, the resort was fairly quiet but that was exactly what we wanted. The weather was hot! There were plenty of friendly local bars and a great supermarket very nearby at the end of the road. There is a beautiful coastal path to walk along to the small town of Los Abrigos.
As it is only 10 mins from the airport, you can hear aeroplanes passing but this didnt bother us.
I will definitely be going back here!
