This elegant and spacious apartment can accommodate up to six people in its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and a glazed terrace of over 15 m² with sea views. It is situated in an exclusive, beautiful and well-kept urbanization, with landscaped paths perfect for a walk. Several pools for the enjoyment of adults as well as the kids are available between June and September. A paddle tennis court is also available. Pets are allowed. Services such as WIFI and 1 TV are also included. The apartment with air conditioning throughout the house, is located in San Luis de Sabinillas, a coastal town belonging to Manilva on the edge of the province of Malaga and Cádiz, on the Western Costa del Sol, very close to Estepona.These towns, which originally were fishing villages have turned into popular holiday destinations due to the wonderful climate with excellent summer and winter temperatures. The coast with its sandy beacher and harbours, is an important requirement for an enjoyable holiday. Nature lovers can find hiking trails in Manilva, only 2 km away, which can be enjoyed on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. (Las Rutas de Milaflores, Las Cuestas del Molino, etc.)You can get a taste of the local, Mediterranean cuisine, in one of the typical beach restaurants or bars (chiringuitos) and try the typical fried fish (pescaito frito) or seafood. In addition, San Luis de Sabinillas, is very well connected with the rest of the region by the A-7, day trips to Marbella, located at 40 kilometers and Gibraltar at 35 kilometers are very recommendable.Malaga, the capital of the costa del sol, situated at about 97 km, an hour by car is also worth a visit. It offers an unbeatable range of museums: Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, Collection of the Russian Museum St. Petersburg, the Pompidou Center, etcMalaga also has many restaurants, with a wide variety of local and international food, to offer and you can enjoy a lovely walk through the streets of the historical center.

The agent has rated it as a four star property so it is a well-equipped apartment with above average furnishings. It is also great value for money. This apartment has use of a shared pool and sea view; it is also only 1km from San Luis de Sabinillas. It is set in a very convenient location, 1km away from a sandy beach. There's also a restaurant 1km away.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
