Not too far from Eastern Spain’s major airports: REUS (Barcelona) is only 50 minutes drive to the apartment; Castellon also 50 minutes, VALENCIA is 90 minutes and GERONA (Barcelona) 150 minutes.
It is usually less than two hours flight from UK for our holiday on what is renowned as one of the best GOLF COURSES in EUROPE.
The NOVA PANORAMICA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB has been spectacularly designed and build to championship specification in year 2000, this panoramic Golf and Country Club is the only BERNHARD LANGER course in Spain ( Bernhard Langer is a Ryder Cup champion and twice winner of US Masters)

Surrounded by mountains, olive and orange groves this holiday complex sits peacefully in its natural valley on the borders of Tarragona and Castellon.
So near the sea that in just 15 minutes you could find yourself enjoying a stroll along the beaches and rocky coves of VINAROS on the Costa De Azahar savouring the many cafés and bars along the way, or visiting the age old fishing villages of this spectacular Mediterranean coast. Not far away you have the traditional mountain villages of Cervera and San Mateu and many small villages all between 25 and 45 minutes drive from the Panoramica apartment. Maps, brochures and leaflets on all these wonderful places are available in the apartment.

We enjoy the afternoon siestas around the pool on the sun loungers provided. And the long evening walks among the olive trees and lakes round the course. The complex is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. And several independent restaurants/coffee bars all within the sports complex. It really is an excelent holiday venue that everyone enjoys.

Very comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen and lovely view over the golf course. The communal pool is very close to the apartment. We found the surroundings very peaceful and relaxed and Linda was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival.
The local beaches are a short drive and are very clean and family friendly. We found plenty of interesting places to visit with stunning views.
Nice spacious apartment, well equipped, quiet peaceful setting (apart from mowers on the golf course occasionally) and a nice view of the golf course. During our stay in July, most other apartments were empty and we had the pool to ourselves more often than not.
We didn't actually play any golf, but did play the pitch and putt course and some Pedal, which was good fun. Couple of restaurant/bars on the complex, ok but we only ate there a couple of times as preferred to eat in our out in the local towns.
20 minute drive to Vinaros and nearest beaches (some nice sandy ones and a few pebbly ones with good snorkelling) or an extra 10 minutes to Peniscola.
We had a great time but have marked down to 4 stars because the advert incorrectly states that there is Internet (WI-FI), but there is not - in certainly places you can pick up an external network that you need to pay for, but the apartment itself has no phone or internet.
A compact but perfectly formed apartment with everything you need for a 2 week stay. For 2 weeks there was no change of towels or bedding but this was easily sorted with the use of the washing machine.
Very quiet and we often had the sole use of the pool. We definitely required a car as the former supermarket on the complex has been shut for a couple of years. Lots to do in the surrounding area and a great break.

A noter, laération de la salle de bain est bruyante.

We spent 2 and a half weeks late August and early September in this location, at the Panoramica golf.
We enjoyed the equipment of the apartment and its large terrace, we were at home!
We also liked the location near Vinaroz and other interesting places, such Uldecona, Alcanar, Les Cases DAlcanar, San Jorge, Peniscola, San Carles de la Rapita, Del vertebra, Benicarlo ....
We enjoyed the beaches and coves in the south and north of Vinaros (about 20 minutes), Peniscola (Natural Park of Sierra Irta about 35 minutes), and of course Del Tebre (approximately 40 minutes)

Note, the ventilation of the bathroom is noisy.
We highly recommend this rental for the holidays.

My wife and I and our 5 year old daughter stayed at this property during the autumn half term 2012. The apartment itself was nicely presented with a good sized living room and kitchen. The best part was however the large balcony looking out onto the golf course (which itself looked immaculate) We had many meals in the sun on the balcony and it was also lovely to sit outside with a cup of tea in the sunshine first thing in the morning! There was also a swimming pool with sun loungers about 2 mins walk from the apartment which was never busy. During our stay we visited several villages and towns including the coastal town of Vinaros. Vinaros is the nearest town and had a large beach, lovely promenade, and several bars and restaurants. There is also a good supermarket and filling station here which we found very handy. During our stay we drove to Valencia to visit the Biopark which is a cross between a zoo and safari park - it completely surpassed our expectations on all fronts, the variety of animals and the quality of the enclosures was second to none, our daughter loved it. We also considered visiting Port Adventura theme park which is about an hour away, but we ran out of time! All in all a lovely holiday - would recommend.

Extensive views around golf course plus panaramic views of mountain ranges fron front terrace and rear kitchen glass doors, If one looks carefully you can see the mountain villages of Rossell and San Jorge from the kitchen doors. And fron the terrace/ balcony on the extreme right in the distance between the villa's the mountain top village of Cervera Del Maestre, a wonderful place to visit.

We are a retired business couple and this apartment was our retirement holiday home on the beautiful Panoramic Golf and Country Club.
We now have a single storey small villa and the apartment is no longer in use. So we have decided to offer it for holiday rentals all year round. To avoid inheritance tax we have made our selves into a Limited Company - Lannoy Ltd.
The monthly rental rates have been set below the going rate for this type of venue.
The apartment is managed by local agents and cleaned and serviced on each booking and turnaround.
