Modern and freshly refurnished 3 bedroom apartment located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment is fully equipped with all new furniture, separate fully equipped kitchen and has 2 balconies.

Each bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Each bedroom has access to its balcony.
Main bedroom has en-suite bathroom.
- 2 bathrooms.
One bathroom is equipped with a bath. Another bathroom has a shower cabin.
- Living room.
Is the most spacious room with its separate dining area with large dining table. Living room also has large flat screen TV and a sofa convertible to a double sofa-bed, suitable for two adults to sleep. Living room also has its own access to the balcony.
- Kitchen.
Separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything possibly wanted. Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and all the dishes. There is also a laundry room accessible from the kitchen. It has a washing machine and all the ironing and drying tools.

The apartment is located on 4th floor. The building has an elevator.
There is a free public street parking just next to the building, which usually always has some available spaces.
