Quiet house surrounded by fields but accompanied by the annoyances of the countryside with a smell of manure and an invasion of flies during the entire stay. The pool and the summer kitchen are nice. However, the maintenance of the pool leaves something to be desired. We had to contact the owner to clean it after a week ... The promise of a maintenance every 3 days not held!

Finca is as stated outside of Sa Poblo, which means you can be as loud as you want and no one bothers and is disturbed by no one. The pool and the grounds are very nice. The stay was relaxing. The dishwasher should be repaired and some furniture might be replaced. On the whole it was a very nice holiday with a very nice landlord. The rooms are all spacious.

In the house Son Valenti expected us on arrival a very nice caretaker and two staff, the house and garden cleaned. Everything was very clean and in impeccable condition. The equipment in the house left nothing to be desired. Due to some dated reviews of this house, we were warned that it might not be 100% clean in the house. We have therefore booked a cleaner for 3 hours. The landlord politely declined to charge for it. He told us that he would do anything to make us happy. He did that. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Only in the non-rented back part of the property was the final motivation for order, which we did not care, because besides some curiosity and for a few fresh limes from the tree anyway had no reason to go there. Furthermore, it was criticized in some previous reviews that stench from surrounding fields was very disturbing. Also this review we found incomprehensible and unjust. Anyone who has ever lived or vacationed in the village knows that a finca surrounded by fields will occasionally feel the influence of the surrounding agriculture. For example, the potato fields were sprayed one morning, but after 2 hours there was no smell left. You have to expect something like that and that should not be a reason for criticism. The finca is beautifully located just 100 meters outside of Sa Pobla. There we also felt very well, because there are almost no tourists and we sat together in the evening with a few Spaniards near the church in bistros nice. Gas station, a larger supermarket and everything you need are within 2 minutes by car. We will definitely go back there. It was really great! The finca is nicer and more generous than the pictures suggest.
