House overview - owner's description

This house was a ruin when bought and was fully renovated to live in for a few years before renting out.
The main house has got an open fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, salon with satelite TV, WIFI, music player, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Air conditioning/ heating all over, wood burning stove for the winter and an electric blind over the terrace table.
Below the house we have another bedroom and bathroom with independent access. Also with Air conditioning/heating.
From the house there is a private path that will take you down to the sea and the famous restaurant Ca's Patró March ( a must during your stay ).
There is private parking by the house for one car, the smaller the rental car is the better. The roads all over Mallorca are quite narrow, specially the mountain areas.
It takes 10 minutes drive from the house into Deia and 30 minutes into Soller, the Saturday morning market is a must if you can.
Valldemossa and Palma are also worth a visit but most of our guests simply enjoy the peaceful terrace with its majestic views from morning to dawn and do nothing more than eat, drink, swim and maybe read a book!
