Long Term Countryside house Iznajar South Spain

This is a lovely house of recent construction situated on the middle of a meadow at the foot of mountains. Very quiet place and less than 10 minutes to the nearest village.
he house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bath, a large salón and kitchen with fireplace. Also a garaje and patio.
Ideal to live for long in the nature and close to the village.
The furniture is new and it is possible to grow an orchard.
There is also internet and satellite.
Only offer for long term. Minimum of one year. Price is set per week just for long term rental. It is possible to rent a week for the Price set but only if you book for long term on arrival. If you only book for one week, the price is 900 per week.
Please note that there is a huge extension around the house. The purpose is to live for long and enjoy what nature offers. We allow to have pets, and grow some trees also.
There a a large lake just 8 kms from the house. It is the Iznajar lake.
The nearest village has many restaurants, supermarkets, Banks, museums and local fair.
The see is just 90 kms and no more tan 1 hour. The same that Córdoba, Granada and Jaen.
