This Apartment is large and spacious. 5 Mins from Miraflores Golf course and driving range.
The lounge area has 2 large sofas for you to relax. and also has a separate Kitchen area.

There is sky tv and a iphone music system. It is very relaxing with a large pool and gardens. Underground parking and Wifi broadband Internet on request.

This apartment is in a great location, with restaurants etc.. close by.

You do not need a car for this property. Airport pickups can be arranged.

If you decide to cook during your holiday you will find the kitchen fully equipped. Together with a dishwasher for your convenience.

The kitchen is separate to the lounge which is a good size having a additional dining table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you will need for your use. It has a home from home feel and all we ask is that you replace the items that you use during your stay.

This leads on to the utility with your washing machine etc..

We also have a free high chair and cot for your use.

Ensuite master Bedroom and twin rooms
This is a large double bed with En-suite bathroom.
The bed room leads onto the terrace and has a outside sofa for relaxing, and reading on those hot afternoon when you come up from the pool.

The En-suite bathroom has a bath and over head shower.

The Twin room is a good size and this has a separate shower room with toilet. we can also pop an extra small camp bed in there for a small child

First class apartment, bottle of wine orange juice and water waiting for us on our arrival. Very friendly guy Dave who brought us the key, even took us to the local supermarket. Apartment is very large and spacious, very comfortable large king size bed, very well equipped kitchen. Sky tv, dvds information leaflets, great beaches 15 minute walk away, lovely quiet location. Great place for a winter break. Just where you would want to base yourself if you planned a long winter rental

This is a lovely apartment, with lots of facilities, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen, giving a real home from home feel. My boys really appreciated the wifi! The pool is a good size and was never too busy, there is a lovely pond just next to it with lots and fish and even turtles too! The apartment is in a good position, with lots of easily accessible ( by foot ) shops, restaurants and beach. For the more adventurous walker, larger towns about 40 mins walk away, which can also be accessed by walking along the beach. There is brilliant communication with the owner if you have any issues either by email or on Facebook. The only negative points I have are that there is no access to table tennis, although there is a table tennis table and gym available. No key for access comes with the apartment, my boys who really enjoy table tennis were a bit disappointed by this, particularly as it is advertised as being available on this site, though they soon forgot and played in the pool instead. More significantly the lack of air conditioning is a down side, even though we followed all the owners instructions and lived in a Spanish way of shutters down and doors closed to rooms with no shutters, with everything closed up to the outside in the day with fans off and at night opening it up and then turning on the fans and using the air con unit with both water and ice in it! It was still very warm at night particularly in the second bedroom ( where we used the air cooling fan ). Unfortunately the recycling and rubbish collection happens in the early hours of the morning so sleeping with the windows open ( as we had to) did lead to some disturbed sleep. Having said this we made up for it with siestas in the afternoon and when we stayed at the end of August it was 26c at night and 35c during the day!! We were aware there was no air con in the apartment before we booked and I dont regret booking this apartment as we had a fantastic holiday, there just could be a couple of improvements to make it 5 star!

Hi Vicky, Thanks for your great review, and positive feedback, we're sorry about the key for the table tennis, unfortunatley this was down to previous clients loosing the key, however the table tennis is now not available so we have taken it off the site. but we are glad that your boys soon forgot and enjoyed the pool ect. we take on board your comments about air-con and have highlighted it again in our add. but thanks for mentionng that you knew this before booking. we do have the fans in the bedrooms. we would also like to thank you for all your great pictures and restaurant recommendations that you posted on our facebook site. kind regards

We used the apartment for a week in July 2013, and found it to be a really good size and well-equipped, with everything that you would need for your holiday.
[Having 2 proper bathrooms was a really benefit, especially with 3 young children.]
The balcony area was used for dining every day, and was certainly large enough, and the lounge was spacious enough for us all to sit in comfortably.
Access to the pool is easy, and there are enough local (read: walkable) shops and restaurants to strike a balance between cooking and eating out
If I were to be critical about it, the only thing that it could have done with was air conditioning - with minimal air movement through the apartment, it is heavily reliant on fans. Whilst this moves the air around, it really could have done with being cooled a little more.
In all other respects, it is a very good apartment.
Los Mijares itself is quite well positioned, with easy access to a good bus service (a 10 min walk down the hill to the main highway), and a short ride to either Marbella or Fuengirola.

Thanks for your review. It's good to know that the apartment had everything that you needed and that the surrounding area was what you expected. With regards to air con, unfortunately as Brits we are not used to living a Spanish lifestyle of shutters down and doors closed to rooms with no shutters. So the apartment will get hot, the idea is to closed everything up to the outside in the day turn off the fans and by night open it up and then turn on the fans. We have an air con unit in the lounge that takes both water and ice and is on a timer so can be left on to cool the room down. There is a beautiful cool breeze that comes from the front in the evening and with the security screen the door can be left open whilst you are awake. Thanks again for taking the time to review and hope we can help you in the future. ;))

Very clean and spacious. Overall an excellent choice for families and people wanting a quiet holiday, also a good base to explore what the costas has to offer.

This is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in, and great value for money, with all home comforts.
I have to say the weather for November was a plus, but the Apartment is very comfortable and close, within walking distance to all amenities. We will definitely be revisiting.

thanks for a great holiday home, the apartment was well equipped and in a fantastic location for us golfers. There was more than adequate space for 4 men and all our golf gear. We played 4 courses and they only took 5ᆞ mins to drive too. The block was quite, clean and very safe. Plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to. We will be booking again as we couldn't fault anything. Thanks again
