Villa with communal pool - sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, fully-fitted.
3 Bedroom holiday Villa in Ciudad Quesada, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain
This new villa sleeps 6 people, in one double and two twin bedrooms. Other accommodation comprises two bathrooms, lounge/dining room including satellite television showing English and Spanish channels, and a DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has washing machine, hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living room and master bedroom have air-conditioning units, and the two other bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a sun terrace upstairs, with patio furniture and a clothes drier.
There is a communal pool with cool-down showers just a short walk away.
Ciudad Quesada has an extensive water park to suit all ages, an eighteen hole golf course, shops, multi-cultural restaurants, bars and banks, and has a very friendly atmosphere. There are other golf courses within easy reach. The beautiful Guardamar beach - one of the best on the Costa Blanca - is about 10 minutes' drive away. Other local facilities include a go-carting track, local markets and supermarkets. The airports of Alicante and Murcia are both about 30 minutes away by car. The commercial centre of Torrevieja is about 20 minutes drive away. Guadalest, a mountainout region to the north of Benidorm, although an hour and a half away, is well worth a visit.
We stayed at this property for three weeks in October 2015 and after booking were advised that the key holders would be on Holiday and not there to greet us. On arrival we found that the pillow's and duvet's were heavily stained, the downstairs toilet would not flush(which I had to fix)the oven had not been cleaned and there were no combined instructions on the operation of the tv and satellite box. Due to the key holder
being away on holiday we had to sort these problems out ourselves. (photo's taken)
The information given in the advert is out of date and misleading as the villa is ten years old and furnished to a basic level with no nets or curtains at any of the windows and the key holders do not live at the local address specified in the advert.

I have every confidence in my key holders however I am looking into your concerns, of course, but on the two sites I advertise on, this is the first negative feedback I have ever had. It is very rare for my key holders to take any time off, and I know they made contingency plans for these renters to arrive. A phone call to the key holders from the renters sorted out the problem getting the tv on. I am awaiting photos from the renters and will then take whatever action is necessary.

Knowing the area from past trips I was confident that I would waltz straight up to the property however I did actually get a bit lost. The key holder "Karen" and her husband did however guide me in successfully, I had paid that bit extra for a car with satnav and afterwards quickly changed the language settings to English! You will definitely need a car with this location however if you are having a villa inland you already know this. The villa was clean and comfortable and as we have 12 and 9 year olds they were thrilled to have their own rooms and bathroom which left mom and dad with the privacy of an upstairs ensuite.
The kitchen whilst small in size had everything we needed to cook, wash, chill microwave etc so no issues there. The only problem we had was that the integrated kitchen window shutter broke whilst we were there so we could not let cooking smells out for the last 4 days but Karen was going to get onto fixing this as it apparently is quite common. The lovely Swimming pool is 20 seconds walk away and the neighbourhood and roads are so quiet that it was no concern to let our 9 year old walk round to the pool to meet his brother without us, the pool would benefit from sun loungers as there were no functioning ones in the villa that could be taken down. In hindsight we should have purchased a couple and used them on the beach as well because we were paying ten euros per day at guadamar beach for two loungers and an umbrella and we did this four times. the basic loungers in the "bazaar chino" are circa 12 euros. The local bar (country cub) is a five minute walk and offers a reasonable selec tion of beers and snacks as well as evening entertainment, go there early in the holiday and see whats on. Overall a lovely villa /holiday and peaceful location

A nice, clean property, good location (a little difficult to find initially). You will need a car to get out and about with. Overall very satisfied.

Well maintained property in good location Diane of Manchester Manchester.Date Submitted: May 26, 2008 Date of Stay: February 2007 The owner provided good service, including airport transfers and somebody locally who we could approach with any problems. The property is in a great location in the city of Quesada, which is an attractive city with many facilities - shops, good restaurants, aquapark, bowling and golf. It is also only 10 minutes drive from excellent beaches. The property is clean and well maintained, with all home comforts, and a lovely roof top solarium. There is so much to see and do within easy reach of the villa, but a car is recommended to get the most out of a holiday there. The pool is excellent and very well maintained. A lovely place to recharge your batteries or if you require a lively night out you're only a stones throw from Quesada main street and 15 mins drive from a number of large towns. A well spent holiday can be had by all.

Very clean well maintained villa, Excellent customer service. Golf Club and Aqua park on site. 15 min to beach in car. Plenty of shops and resturants within walking distance. We liked the area so much we bought our own house there. A car would be preferable but not essential if you like walking. Highly reccommended..
quesada m..m dorset.Date Submitted: May 22, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2007 we had a lovely week in your villa with our four children the villa was immaculate with everything you could need . it was in a very nice location within walking distance of the local town and the roads were easy to drive on to find the beaches . the swimming pool was never busy and was a nice place to cool off !!!! the local resturants were very good and not expensive. the aqua park was also a good day out with the kids. Our Stay in Quesada Woking Surrey.Date Submitted: May 19, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2006 We stayed in this villa in 2006, everything was in pristene condition, the property was spotlessly clean, bright, sun terrace was a bonus. There was somebody on hand for any queries we had who was very approachable as was the owner throughout the booking and our stay. I would recommend this villa for these reasons. The only downside for us was having one bedroom on a different floor but as our children are older it was no big deal. A car is useful.
