Punta Mujeres is a small fishing village on the east coast of north Lanzarote, known for its quiet, local atmosphere, ocean views and volcanic landscape. Also on your to-do list should be La Cueva de los Verdes (the Green Caves) in Arietta, Jameos del Agua’s lava caves and Mirador del Rio art and culture centre in Haria, with a clifftop viewpoint designed by César Manrique, overlooking the Chinijo archipelago.
