Beach apartment has 2 bedrooms ,with 2 singles beds and a second bedroom with 2 singles beds , 1 bathroom , Terrace with furnish , Living room , wifi , Sat TV , Kitchen fully equipped with washing machine , dishwasher, oven and vitro.Puerto del Carmen is situated in the southern-central part of the island, some 10 minutes away from the international airport, and is Lanzarote main tourist area. It grew from just a small fishing village with few inhabitants to become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Canary Islands. The boom began in the 60’s when the Hotel Fariones and the Hotel San Antonio were built, which would mark the future of the area. It was named in honour of the Virgen del Carmen, the patron saint of fishermen. The Day of El Carmen’s festivities involve carrying the Virgin on board a ship and sailing a short route along the coast of Lanzarote.

The country estate La Crucita spreads over a surface area of 7,500 square metres and is situated in the village of Haría, in the north of Lanzarote.Finca La Crucita is surrounded by over 50 palm trees, the majority of which are over one hundred years old, and it is set in a valley in which thousands of these species thrive.

The Finca la Crucita estate boasts 8 Luxury Rural Villas Complex, each one different from the other, and they are fully equipped, whereby one of them is the main house , and has a surface area of over 300 square metres.
Each one bears the name of a village in the municipality Haría, the main one, Yé, Máguez, Órzola, Tabayesco, Arrieta, Mala y Guinate.

The estate and the villas have been designed for the disabled , free of obstacles and architectural barriers. Apart from the houses and open spaces at La Crucita, there is a garden area containing some twenty palm trees and an area for playing the traditional Canarian bowling game (petanca).
Building Style

The building style of the houses on La Crucita finds its inspiration in the traditional architecture of Lanzarote. The chimneys- up to 8 different ones-, the earthenware and wooden floors blend together with a generous use of carpintery in the ceilings, doors, windows and floors.

Procedures have been undertaken to delar e the old town centre as a Historic and Artistic Site.
