Just back from our 10 day trip to lanzarotte, we stayed in this appartment and i have to say it was excellent, the appartment was mediculous in terms of cleanliness, the owner had thought of absolutely everything, there was a folder with heaps of information on the area, restaurants, things to do, lovely walks to go on, taxi service number. There was even a luggage weighing scales, monopoly, game cards. Yes, was very impressed with the whole appartment. The location ccouldnt be better, right at the beginning of the old town, 2 min walk from the Biosfera Shopping Mall with all the great shops, Zara clothes, Guess clothes,and lovely perfume shops and lots more. We found a fabulous classy restaurant called The Bodega Restaurant in the old town it was to die for, we ate there 3 times during our trip. I would definitely return to this appartment.

Apartment had all modern amenities and conveniently situated about 5 minutes walk from the sea. Complex picturesque and was very well maintained.
There is a Spa supermarket just around the corner that caters for all your holiday needs. Great choice of excellent reasonably priced restuarants around the sea front and harbour areas. Modern shopping centre within walking distance.
Puerto del Carmem is centrally placed for a range of visits around the island. We hired a car, but bus services were available to cater for all travel needs.

The Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and well presented with good views of the sea.
It was within easy walking distance to all the necessary facilities and to the beach.
Parking, although not allocated to the property, was not an issue and we never had a problem parking close to the property.
We had no issues during the stay so have no comment on the service offered by the local contact.
I would have no hesitation in recommending to a friend and will be looking to revisit again next year.

The apartment was lovely and very well maintained. The owners were very helpful and had left lots of useful information about things to do etc. It was very well located and within walking distance of the shops and main areas. The pool area was lovely and overall I could find no fault with anything the whole complex was very nice and well kept. I would recommend it to anyone who was going to Puerto del Carmen.

Property was really good. It was well equipped and spotlessly presented. My thanks to the owner who let us stay in the property until 3pm on our departure day instead of the normal 10am checkout time.
Only slight drawback for us was the poor water pressure in the shower but this certainly wouldnt stop me from using this property again.
Id recommend that the name should be changed as Shambles 2 doesnt do it justice at all.
A three minute walk away from the Biosfera shopping centre at the edge of the old town nightlife and dont miss Magnolia for the best food in town. Closer to the apartment, Blairs restaurant runs Magnolia a close second.
