All the bars and restaurants are located just in 1 minute walking distance at the promenade street. The nearest beach is in 200 meters. Nearest supermarket and shopping center is located in 150 meters. Loro Park is just in 10 minutes taxi drive.
The apartment was just renovated and is equipped with all the new furniture and electronics. It consists of:
- Living room has 1 double bed and 1 double sofa-bed, so is suitable for 4 adults to stay. Patio leads from the living room to the private balcony with a view over the street and mountains. Living room is also equipped with a flat screen TV and a fan.
- Separate kitchen is fully equipped with all new dishes, electronics and cooking tools. Has stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine.
- Bathroom is equipped with shower, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Apartment is located at the 8th floor in the building with a key access.
It is a perfect place to spend a lovely holiday at the oceanside in the relaxing atmosphere of Tenerife.
