This stunning apartment has been stylishly decorated and overlooks the pool area. This complex is horseshoe shaped facing unto the sea. It has plenty of green space and 2 pools one of which is ideal for small children. The back gate opens unto the promenade and down to the beach (there is a small playground here). Shopping facilities are about a 5 minutes walk as are many other shops and literally hundreds of restaurants. While the location is central , it is still a very quiet apartment as it faces over the pool. The tiled Patio has a table and chairs and a gas BBQ. Directly across the road is a small tennis club and there are many golf clubs in the area. Also a 24 hour shop and garage beside the motorway. The entrance has 24 hour security. Sun beds are available around the pool and beach towels are provided. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the pool. There is a lift from the parking in the basement but there are 3 steps outside the front door. The apartment opens unto a lush indoor garden. One of the twin bedrooms opens unto this also. The other two bedrooms open unto the patio. One of which has a king-size bed and an en-suite. The other has a double and a single. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a cooler box for picnics. Car hire is not necessary to enjoy the area and surroundings . Ideal for families.
