Set in tranquil, mature, landscaped gardens, just 2 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to Puerto Banus.
This attractive and welcoming apartment overlooks beautifully maintained gardens with the large living area complete with white L-shaped comfortable sofas leading out on to a furnished balcony, ideal for outside dining and a recently refurbished, fully equipped kitchen with a serving hatch to the dining area. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with private balconies, one with a king-size bed and bedroom 2 with two four-foot beds. In total the apartment boasts three furnished balconies.
The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the beach, through the gardens with access via a security door, a family beach and particularly safe for children; yet just a little further along is the Ocean Club for a more sophisticated beach experience. The property is within easy walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. However, although the apartment is so near to so much that is going on, it is still a haven of tranquillity. The development has two swimming pools one of which is located below the living room balcony and 24 hour security.
Puerto Banus is famous for its smart port and night life, but it also offers family entertainment, including water sports and safe beaches watched over and patrolled by lifeguards. There is an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Puerto Banus is a shopper's paradise with many designer shops. There are several supermarkets close by, including the Hipercor within the department store El Corte Ingles. The regular Saturday morning market is held in and around the bullring. Puerto Banus boasts beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants and bars - not forgetting the nightlife - and has something to suit all ages, you don't have to travel very far inland or further along the coast to find unspoilt villages and incredible scenery.
Marbella is a short drive away with its quaint cobbled streets, Orange Square, marina and market place. San Pedro is worth a visit for its fish restaurants, pretty squares and Thursday morning market. Several international golf courses, including Aloha, Las Brisas, La Quinta and Los Naranjos and the prestigious Los Flamingos golf club are only 15 mins drive away. These clubs welcome golfers to use their facilities without becoming members - simply by payment of daily entrance fees. All of the clubs have eating and drinking facilities. The town of Monda is a typical Spanish town with its white-washed houses clinging to the side of the hill and is only a 25-minute drive from Puerto Banus. For those who enjoy venturing up into the hills the delightful town of Competa is a wonderful day out; the drive is exhilarating and the views are wonderful. Malaga boasts the new Picasso museum, as well as being home to some breath taking architecture. For those interested in water activities the Torremolinos and Mijas water parks are approx. 20 mins drive away.
