Excellent location - the beach is accessed via the garden gate and 5 Minutes walk to Puerto Banus Marina with its nightlife, good restaurants for all budgets, bars, casino, bridge clubs, shopping, and discos. All manner of water sports are available on the blue flag beaches adjacent to the port which hosts splendid facilities for boaters, fishing and sea sports enthusiasts. Fantastic ocean views, including the rock of Gibraltar, are there to be enjoyed together with a backdrop of La Concha mountain range which adds to the coastal charisma of the marina.

This 200sq. metre Penthouse apartment is on the 5th floor south facing giving breath taking views of the sea and mountains. The luxurious lounge balcony and the master bedroom balcony has the sun all day long, the guest bedroom has afternoon sun.

The gardens has a gate directly onto the beach and five minutes walk to Marina Puerto Banus with its stylish boutiques, department stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, restaurants for all cuisines and budgets, gymnasium with indoor heated pool and exclusive beauty salons, piano bars, casino, and discos. Taxi rank, buses, daily tours and all other amenities.

Plenty of entertainment is available for all the family. As well as a multi-cinema complex, bowling alley, art galleries, world famous designers’ boutiques, beauty centers and department store. Water and Amusement parks and the best safari/zoo in Spain are within 20 minutes drive away, funfair, cable cars, sea-world,crocodile farm, Leisure activities include biking, horse back riding, and dolphin excursions and lots more..

  • Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market at Puerto Banus bullring.

-Day trips to Morocco, Gibraltar, historical Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and Spanish Andalucia quaint White mountain villages are available.
-The new Picasso museum in Malaga was recently opened by the King & Queen of Spain and is well worth a visit.

The apartment was lovely and in a fantastic position, just near enough to walk into Puerto Banus and far enough away not to be bothered by any noise. Great views from the balcony, well equipped apartment we will definitely be back.

the appt.was ideal for the two of us,it was in a good area only ten minutes stroll to two beaches, and the choice of at least thirty restaurants,and bars within ten minutes walk.the staff at playa marina 1.were most helpful and courteous at all times.spent eight weeks in the appt. it was lovely with a good sized balcony,that had its share of sun.

I stayed at this apartment with my daughter and her friend (19) and my son (16) for 1 week. From the minute we arrived until the day we left we absolutely loved the place. Having stayed in Banus many times before, was delighted to be on a complex south of the main road, but still within close strolling distance to the port. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the necessaries for a self-catering holiday (except only 1 shelf in the oven whilst trying to cook 4 pizzas was a challenge!!!). The main positive is the 3 separate terraces, which not only give stunning views of the mountains and see, but also allow sunrise to sunset sunbathing. The evenings were stunning, sitting on the master bedroom balcony with a tinto verano and watching the sunset over the mountains having some "dad" time whilst the kids were in the flat enjoying the superb Wi-Fi connection and cable TV!!! The larger pool was very clean, quiet and ample sunbeds available at any given time. Adjacent to which is a rear gate which leads directly onto the promenade/beach. The sun beds this side of the marina are a little dearer at 10 euros each whereas if you are prepared to walk 10 minutes to the beach east side of the marina they are only 6 euro and the beach bars are more plentiful here (in my opinion Paradise Beach Bar is by far the best for lunches and ambience). Most evening we went into port (via the very useful back gate). This is only a few minutes walk along the promenade where there are a wide variety of restaurants. The Belvedere was our favourite as reasonably priced, great menu (especially the Pulpo) and fantastic sunset view over the bays. This is on the tip of the west side of the marina. The only downside (although you will not experience it if you plan your flights accordingly) was that the times for check in and check out are stringent (which I understand) but there is nowhere to leave luggage for a couple/few hours on arrival nor anywhere to do the same and shower before departure, so we had to hang around in a cafe for 3 hours for our transfer. On arrival we left our luggage at the reception at key pick up point but when we went back to collect, they had just been left in the main foyer (rather than in any store room or behind the desk) which was a little alarming. All in all, a fantastic apartment, fantastic location

ziggy1London London Home from Home Left on Aug 21, 2017 for a stay in Aug 2017 This is the 2nd year i have stayed at apt 514 and have already booked for 2018. The details on the website do not do the apartment enough justice. Perfect location to the west of the port, which in my opinion is the best side. The apartment is always clean and tidy and the bedrooms and living space are fantastic and it is well equipped. The interior is spacious with a modern feel and is not cramped and cluttered. The Wi-Fi is superb, even with all 5 of us logged on! The views from all 3 (yes 3) balconies are stunning and give sun rise to sun set advantages. The mountain sunset from the bedroom balconies are superb whilst relaxing from a hard day at the pool or beach before venturing along the promenade for a 5 minute stroll to The Port for an evening meal (and a Tinto Verano or 2?). There is a mini supercore 5 mins away which is great and well stocked for the essentials for self catering and The Port within easy walking distance, has a vast range of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a beach bar, Tramps, just out of the back gate of the complex which has a wide variety on the menu for breakfast and lunch which closes at 7pm. The booking, apartment details and communication etc with Nael and Angela are very efficient and my wife and I, being quite "particular" have had prompt and positive responses when emailing tbem certain specific requests. In summary, the apartment feels like home from home and i can not wait to return in 2018.

Depending on what type of holiday you want then a car is optional. We went on several day trips so we hired one and you also have guaranteed parking at the apartment which is essential in this area. The apartment itself and complex are very well appointed. Good facilities, excellent size, great location in that it is about a 5 minute walk to the marina/restaurants/shops. The only issue I have is that the balcony (in July anyway) wasn't exactly bathed in sunshine. Personally I like a bit of evening sun and a nice view. However, the balcony does overlook very well attended gardens which compensated somewhat for the lack of direct sun in the evening. The pool area was equally well maintained. Busy without being overbearing. All in all, a super apartment.

Mark C Cary, North Carolina Piece of Heaven! Left on Jun 10, 2017 for a stay in Jun 2017 The remote gate entry, security guard & the metal security garage door below made you feel very safe! Took the elevator up to our apt., opened the door and was amazed how beautiful & clean it was. The rooms were large with plenty of closet space and a nice, fully functional kitchen. We had 3 roomy balconies that allowed sun exposure during the entire day. Breath-taking views of the garden, Mediterranean, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus and the mountains abound. We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay and it has easy access to the pool, beach and the city which actually makes renting a car unnecessary (unless you plan on traveling the countryside). When we return, I would not hesitate to book this again! property in a heartbeat!

A fantastic apartment with a huge terrace looking over the beautiful surroundings and only a short walk to the marina. Just outside the tropical garden was the boardwalk and the beach. The bright, airy apartment was very well equipped and clean, lived upto all of our expectations. The owners are very professional and deal with correspondence in a speedy manner. Can highly recommend it!

Fabulous views and Close to the port, but nice and quiet. Beautiful gardens and pools. Peaceful. The beach in front of the apartment has the Blue Flag which guarantees clear water all year long and the beach is covered in golden sand. Great hosts, very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed in Apartment 514 for 4 weeks in May and found it to be very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was well situated with good views and had 3 balconies providing excellent outdoor space. The location was perfect, being close to a good supermarket, bus stops and the beach, and, although only a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Puerto Banus, it was peaceful. This is a perfect place to go to get away from an English February. We were very comfortable here so much so that it took an effort to get off the balcony and actually go out. The effort is well worth it as this is a beautiful position in a lovely part of Spain. There is no shortage of good places to eat but if you do want to stay home and cook there is a very well equiped kitchen area and a very pleasant view as you sit and eat. Good supermarket 5 minutes away and Corte de Ingles close at hand for excellent fish and meat, not to mention a fine choice of Roja. All in all a very good experience and the organization and information from the owners helped tpward a totally hassle free trip. Thanks to both

Traveling with small kids can be stressful and demanding if you don't have the right accommodation. That is to say, we are very glad we chose Nael's and Angela's apartment for our winter vacation in Spain. It is very well appointed, spacious with all a family needs for a comfortable stay. Furthermore the location is great, just a few meters from the beach and a nice walk to the marina and commercial center. Not to forget that the owner was always at reach when needed. We would definitely come back if we choose Puerto Banus for our vacations again.

Dear Angela and Nael, Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay at your apartment and we will be using it again in the future. Our family had a fantastic christmasholiday in this very well maintained apartment. The view was gorgeous in any time of the day to sea and mountains. There was plenty of room for us parents and our two children. The apartment and location felt safe and relaxing and we received very good service from the owners. The location right next to beach is great even in winter. I can just imagine how great it is in summer.
