South facing for winter sun,the apartment is at easy access street level, just steps from the enclosed communal pool and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, an internet cafe and a supermarket. With several Blue Flag beaches, including La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor plus a championship golf course, Villamartin, along with 2 other fabulous greens--Las Ramblas and Campoamor only 10 minutes drive away the apartment is in an ideal location on the Costa Blanca. In nearby Torrevieja visit shops, water parks, and sea-side promenades, taste Jumilla's wines and buy fresh olives in a different open-air market village every day of the week or enjoy a day out in historic Yecla.
The master bedroom complete with a comfortable king-sized double bed that can be seperated into singles if preferred, overlooks the sunny patio. A home away from home, the apartment is fully equipped for all your needs including shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom and teabags & coffee in the kitchen cupboards.

We spent a lovely week in Spain thanks to the sunny weather and to the kindness of the apartment owner who provided all the information prior our arrival and chosen two very kind contacts on site. Everything was clean and efficient, the apartment is furnished even beyond what we expected and the location proven to be quiet as well as nearby all the necessary facilities

We found the apartment to be very comfortable and fully equipped and very clean. We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool which is only 50 meters from the front door. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful in June. There are Indian and English restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as grocery stores with Spanish and British items. All our dealings with the owner and the on-site agents were very positive.

An excellent place to stay, the property itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. The property is located within walking distance of supermarkets and pubs and restaurants, but is very quiet and peaceful. The pool is only 50 metres away, and is a good size and clean. The customer service was excellent from both the owner and on-site reps who were extremely helpful and kind.

We had one of the best holidays of our life the first two weeks of September. The climate is perfect, 14 days of blue skies and sunshine. The area is peaceful and the neighbours were all friendly, as were shops, pubs and restaurants. Being just after the main holidays it was quiet and often we had the lovely clean pool to ourselves. The managers could not have been more helpful and kind. The apartment is excellent equipped with everything you could need and more! It was spotless and comfortable and the efficient air-conditioning meant we could chill in the surprisingly warm climate (35 - 40C). The photographs dont do it justice. The local shops could meet all our needs and so cheap. Having a hire car meant we could enjoy the local beaches (15 minutes away) and also visit some interesting places up to an hour away (the roads are excellent!) We visited Cartagena, Murcia and Elche but the most memorable trip was to the port of Santa Pola where we took a ferry to Isla Tabarca, a real treat with delightful restaurants and 100s of fish to see just off the little beach. We poo pooed the idea of a holiday in Spain before now but we certainly plan to return again now!

This is a very well-equipped, spacious and immaculately clean apartment in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio, a siesta by the pool (hopping in frequently to cool off), and evening meals in the array of restaurants nearby. The supermarket is within walking distance, as are the restaurants - Indian, Chinese, Italian, English and more. The cuisine is excellent quality and very reasonably priced, however if you want a taste of traditional Spain you need to travel a little further afield and for that a car is essential. There are plenty of brochures to peruse if you want to venture beyond the local area, we visited the beach at La Zenia, Cultural Carthegena, and the market at San Miguel and we were only in Spain for four days! Residents in the area are friendly and almost all are ex-pats who retired here or UK residents who own second homes, so a lot of the cuisine and entertainment you can choose to be comfortingly familiar - particularly useful if you have children who are reluctant to experiment with an unusual / different menu. The pristine swimming pool is literally to the side of the adjacent apartment and as our visit was in mid-late September we were often the only people frequenting it. The weather was beautiful, 26 - 30 degrees each day and the air-conditioning was such a treat when the mid-day sun gave our fair skin too much of a toasting. We read and chatted on the sun-kissed patio till late in the evening and enjoyed four blissful days without our children and their associated schedule. Roads are great and well signposted and we would have loved to explore further afield had we been staying longer. If you are seeking a cultural experience of Spain you can easily travel to it from here, but for a family friendly, uncomplicated break the apartment is faultless, the local amenities easily accessible and whether eating at home taking advantage of delicious mediterranean produce or choosing a local restaurant mealtimes are a treat.
