'Blue view' is a charming apartment, decorated with avant-garde furniture, it is bright and located on the beach promenade in Puerto de Alcudia, just at the sea. The apartment is on the second floor, there is an elevator and it has been completely renovated in March 2018 in a fresh, Mediterranean style and offers a range of technology and new appliances.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The master bedroom has about 15 m2 and it has a double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the main street of Puerto de Alcudia, plus air conditioning.

The second bedroom has one bed of 85 cm x 190 cm. This room also has air conditioning, a private terrace with an outdoor chair “Acapulco” overlooking the main street.

The master bathroom has about 8 square meters and it has a bath and shower. The second bathroom has a shower with hydromassage.

The kitchen has been completely renovated in March 2018 and it is modern, bright and fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. It is great to cook with beach view. The kitchen continues with a great breakfast bar.

It is perfect for families and couples who want to enjoy the beach, who search for an experience in the Mediterranean with a privileged view of the sea all day, in a quiet and central area of Puerto de Alcudia, where you can find shops and restaurants within 100 meters.

The beach is only a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina ... everything is accessible from the road to the beach. Where you can enjoy all kinds of sports activities like windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, diving ...
