This modern and new Villa (build 2007) is contemporary and beautifully furnished in a coastal setting on the popular neighbourhood of Playa Golf III urbanisation at Lomas de Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca, just 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja.
It is approximately 20 minutes drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport.
The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, but still benefits from having shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants & other amenities within walking distance.
The front of the villa is accessed by a private gate and has a fully tiled patio and garden areas. The garden has nice mature trees and plants. It is surrounded by a high level hedge making it more private. It has an ornamental water fall and a wooden shaded swing with comfortable.
The high patio has wooden table and chairs with parasol for you to sit and enjoy breakfast or dining outdoors in the sunshine. There is also a patio heater and fully fitted owning/wind breaker on three sides making the use of the patio possible all year round. A stylish and comfortable lounger is also available.
There is a fully tiled lower area which is ideal for a spot of sunbathing and there is also an off-road parking to the side of the villa.
You enter the villa straight into the lounge area which is nicely furnished for comfortable living. There is a stylish corner sofa suite, a flat screen TV, DVD/VHS player and CD/Radio player and fully functional British channels satellite TV system for your use.
The dining area adjoins the lounge and has a large dining table and six comfortable dining chairs. From here you can access the open plan kitchen area which is fully equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven built-in oven, dish washer, kettle, toaster, step ladder, iron and ironing board as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is also a washing machine located in a dedicated compartment.
There is an air-conditioning/heating split unit serving the lounge, dining area and kitchen as well as two ceiling mounted fans. Downstairs, there is also a toilet / shower room with vanity unit, hairdryer and heater.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom and a second bedroom as well as a good sized family bathroom. The master bedroom is good sized with a double bed, side cabinets, dressing table with mirror and fitted wardrobes. There is a French patio door which leads to a balcony with a nice view of the area and the sea. The master bedroom has its own air-conditioning/heating split unit and a ceiling mounted fan.
The second bedroom has two single beds, side cabinet, dressing table with mirror and a fitted wardrobe. Its also benefits from its own air-conditioning/heating split unit and a ceiling mounted fan.
The upstairs bathroom has a good size bath tub, shower, stylish vanity unit, heater and a hairdryer.
The rooftop solarium enjoys all day sunshine and has views across the sea as far as La Manga. It is perfect for sunbathing.
The communal swimming pool is surrounded by a grassed area for sunbathing and there are 2 showers. The pool is only accessible to residents in the immediate vicinity surrounding the pool by way of a private key making it very safe and private. It is equipped with roman stairs for easy access. There is also a separate children pool area. The communal pool is within 2 minutes walk.
This is a brand new villa that is furnished to the highest standards. Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are all included. A welcome pack, cots, highchairs and buggies can be arranged at an extra charge if you wish.
Playa Golf III is a new modern development designed to make an ideal base for the family. Numerous "Blue Flag" beaches are just 5 -10 minutes drive, Go-Karts 10 minutes drive and a water park at Torrevieja is within 15 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended, but not essential. Car hire can be arranged through our key holder at a very reasonable prices delivered to you villa or waiting for you at the airport.
For the golf enthusiasts, this villa offers an ideal base from which to play four superb courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas, all within 5 -10 minutes drive. Other golf courses are within easy travelling distance including La Manga, Polaris World, la Torecha (approx 40 – 50 minutes away).
The Villa is a superbly located close to many shopping malls, including the newly opened La Zenia Boulevard which is only 5 minutes drive.
Many bars and superb restaurants, including the popular Villamartin Plaza and Playa Flaminca Plaza, are within walking distance or just a short drive away.
