TWO BEDROOMED VILLA ON A QUIET GATED COMPLEX WITH TWO COMMUNAL POOLS AND THE BONUS OF THE VILLA'S OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB.
The Villa is situated on a quiet, gated residential complex with two large communal swimming pools (with baby areas) to choose from. These are for residents use only. They have large areas surrounding the pools for sunbathing and even in the height of summer are not overcrowded.
NB Airconditioning in the Lounge and one of the Bedrooms both work from a coin meter which is set to the same tariff we are charged by the electicity provider.
The outside areas at the Villa are a particular feature. The ground floor has a fully glazed conservatory, with dining for 4 and total seating for 6.
Stairs lead up from the front terrace to the roof solarium with further dining for 6, a BBQ for entertaining and The Hot Tub, fantastic with a glass of Sangria after a hard day at the beach!! We have also provided sunloungers to catch all of that Spanish sun!
One of the two pools on the complex can be viewed from this terrace so partners/children can be seen and heard if needed!
The nearest bars and restaurants are a 5/6 minute stroll and offer choices from native Spanish to German, Chineese, Indian, Italian and of course English. This area of Punta Prima also provides Supermarkets, Banks, Chemists and Internet Cafes.
A longer walk of some 15/20 minutes will reach the more lively Playa Flamenca complex with every bar and restaurant combination you can imagine.
Three Blue Flag sandy beaches are within walking distance, - Punta Prima (the nearest is approx 25 minute walk but literally 2/3 minutes by car)
Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are a little further. All have a bar right on the beach, you can hire sunbeds and there is plenty of space for ball games. La Zenia is particularly good for watersports and equipment hire.
The resort is just 35km south of Alicante airport or 25 km from the smaller San Javier airport at Murcia.
The easy access to the large nearby town of Torrevieja and its wide range of facilities and attractions make this a popular year round destination.
The Villa has two twin bedded rooms and we have a sofabed in the lounge so we can sleep a maximum of 6 persons.
We are delighted to provide a welcome pack to include tea, coffee, milk and sugar plus a bottle of wine to get your holiday off to the best start!
We provide all linen and towels (not beach) needed for your stay.
Airconditioning in the Lounge and one Bedroom only.(operated by a coin meter)
Complimentary WiFi just added.

Just returned from this property - the property was as described and the kids loved the wi fi, even more so when they realised they could receive it whilst sunbathing on the roof.
There is a big supermarket a very short walk away which is open long hours.
Handover was simple and we were left in no uncertain terms that if they cold help just call.
All in all a very nice located property which was clean and easy to find.
Would return in a heartbeat.

This villa was absolutely perfect, it was a lovely clean quiet area wit lovely surroundings. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have booked already for next year. I am really looking forward to going back both myself and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay. It is close to the shop but I would recommend you have a car to be able to see the beautiful areas surrounding. When making my booking the people were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this villa. For my future holidays I am hoping to keep returning to this same place its wonderful no faults at all.

The property was as described, but the walk to the beach was more like 25 minutes rather than the published 10, although not being beach lovers, this was not an issue for us. We had a lovely holiday although I do think you are being let down somewhat by your local agents. They were only at the property cleaning it for an hour when we arrived. After only 3 days use, the hot tub had a slimy feel to it where we had taken great care to wash / shower before entering it. And as hot tub owners in the UK, it seems as if this had either not been washed out properly, maybe just re-filled with water or no cleaning agent was added to the water? The kitchen lightbulb had to be replaced, as did one in the living room and the small living room lamp didnt have a bulb in it at all. There were also cobwebs in the smaller room. The previous occupants had left eggs, milk, bread, and 2-3 rolls of toilet paper , presumably thinking they were doing us a favour but these were all cleared out by your agents who left us a carton of milk, bottle of wine as published, but only half of one toilet roll. Whereas this didint detract from a most enjoyable holiday, we think you should be made aware of this as we feel your agents are not maintaining your property in the standard as you may want it to be portrayed. Kind regards
Thank you for your comments Maria. When the new pedestrian bridge was installed the walking time to the beach doubled and we thought we had amended all narrative to reflect this This has been corrected. We have addressed the cleanliness issues at Sueno and will start the new year with new managing and cleaning agents.

Villa was very clean and prepared by Pam who was on hand to welcome us on arrival and show us around. The roof terrace and proximity to the shared pool was great and the hot tub was a real plus that our teenagers adored.

I just wanted to say thank you, for arranging for us to stay in your villa at such short notice last week.
It is a lovely house with all the equipment you could possibly need, and Steve and Hayley are so nice
Thank you again, Mike and Stephanie.
We thoroughly enjoyed our few days, I wished it could have been longer!
We spent 2 weeks here with 2 teenagers, the villa is well equipped and the hot tub on the roof terrace was fantastic to have as a retreat when the communal pools got busier. There were many times we had the pool to ourselves. There is plenty to do in the local area if you want it, we didnt hire a car and that did limit us slightly but that was by our own choice. There is a supermarket just down the road so very handy. The local reps were very helpful, this villa is on a residential complex so you do need to remember that not everyone is on holiday so wont appreciate lots of noise late but they were all friendly towards us, a good time wad had by all and I would return here again if looking for a holiday in Spain.

We stay in this property for our own holidays so have provided everything we need to stay in Spain and offer this to our guests. All essential amenities are within walking distance but to fully appreciate the region a car is required.
