Air conditioned, superbly furnished luxury apartment, with private entrance. Sleeps 5 with 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a single foldaway bed in the lounge. There are also foldaway beds in the spacious conservatory on the roof terrace, although the conservatory is not accessible from inside the apartment. There is an american style well equipped kitchen. Master bedroom is en suite with patio doors to small Juliet style balcony.There is also a further shower and toilet for guests. TV with all UK mainstream channels. Bed linen and towels are provided for use within the apartment only, so please bring your own beach/pool towels.
The master bedroom has patio doors which open out onto a small Juliette style balcony. In addition to the balcony,there is also a spacious private terrace on the ground floor level. Probably the best feature of this apartment is the very spacious rooftop solarium with built in barbecue and lovely sea views. There is also a lovely conservatory which can be used as extra sleeping space if desired, although this is not accessible from inside the apartment.
The Complex and Area
Situated in a well maintained secure complex, the apartment has private gated parking and two large swimming pools. Miraflores 4 is in the Playa Flamenca area which is 10 mins drive south of
Torrevieja and is within 5 mins drive of a choice of lovely "Blue Flag" beaches.
Torrevieja is one of the fastest expanding towns in the whole of Spain, but Torrevieja has learned a few
lessons from places like Benidorm, because you'll find no high-rise skyscrapers or package holiday hotels
in Torrevieja, Torrevieja is also an ideal place for family holidays. Torrevieja is surrounded by two large and beautiful natural salt water lakes which form the "Salinas de San Miguel".Torrevieja" and are an official Spanish nature reserve. These lakes attract a wide variety of bird life.The entire area around Torrevieja is famous for it's salt production. Huge salt lakes surround parts of the road down from Alicante airport to Torrevieja.
There are 3 golf courses within 10 mins drive. The apartment is adjacent to resautrants and a short walk to the local shopping complex and famous Playa Flamenca Saturday street market.
This was our 3rd visit to the apartment and we enjoy it that much that we've already booked again for next year!. This is without doubt the best apartment that we have stayed in the Playa Flamenca. Its spotless, well equipped and is an excellent location. The pool and grounds are brilliant, well kept and safe. The beach as La Zenia is a must as is the La Zenia Boulevard. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Chris is extremely helpful and very welcoming.

Having just spent a great week in this apt.Apt fully equipped with all facilities.Surrounding area has lots of great restaurants and beach only 20 to 25 minutes walk away.A great base for any family to enjoy the Playa Flamenca Area.

We stayed there 2 weeks in July 2015 and the apartment was just perfect! You have all you need and Chris is very helpful and friendly.The aircon in the master bedroom was a great bonus as it was very hot when we were there (heat waves). The apartment is very clean and luxurious! The swimming pools are lovely and never seemed to get too busy.
You can walk to the beach, to the Mercadona and the Lidl supermaket and also to La Zenia Boulevard. I would definitely go again. A taxi ride to Torrevieja is just € 13.
I would recommend restaurant Sorrento in CC La Mosca where there is a great range of restaurants and bars.
I would definitely recommend the apartment as you feel very safe there!

By far the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in. We were met by Chris who kindly showed us the ropes and made us very welcome. We were delighted with the layout of the apartment and all it entailed. We could not want for more as everything we have at home was there for our use. The double bed was comfy with lovely bedding and a clean change in the wardrobe if we wanted it. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly want and Chris showed us a cupboard full of condiments etc that we were free to use. The sun roof was massive with sun lounges and a parasol. It had sea views and we enjoyed many an afternoon soaking up the sun and relaxing there. I would highly recommend this apartment and will look forward to booking it again in the near future.

From the moment we arrived at this apartment we were hooked and felt at home. There is everything here for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lovely sea view from the kitchen window so there were no arguments about who would do the washing up (though there is a dish washer)! The two lovely bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage space and loads of coat hangers. We only used the double bed but this was really comfortable and with air conditioning and shutters on the windows it made for an overall good nights sleep. As the apartment is situated above the local restaurants' there were a couple of nights when we could hear them closing up, moving chairs and pulling the shutters down, but this was a minor problem and as we were on holiday we didn't need to get up early in the morning! The shower in the en-suite was excellent and there is a plentiful supply of towels and bed linen. The outside space is amazing with a lovely large terrace and an upstairs solarium which is massive. PLUS a fab conservatory which would be ideal to use if the weather is inclement. If you to decide to eat in then you have a choice of where to sit, in, out, up, down or the conservatory! The decor is very tasteful and the furniture and fittings are of a very high quality. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the nearest beach but is definitely worth the effort. If you have a car you can be there is no time and the parking is free. There are lots of lovely beaches in the area and if you love walking then you can walk for miles around the coast stopping off at the little bars along the way for liquid refreshment. The pool and garden areas are excellent and well maintained and the general cleanliness on the complex is top notch. We stayed for a month from 9th May - 6th June, 2015 and didn't want to go home as we felt so comfortable there. The weather was excellent throughout our stay. Do try the Chinese and Indian restaurants downstairs, they are excellent and cheap as chips with a bottle of wine thrown in. Also the Saturday market down the road where you can buy a cooked chicken for 6 euros, delicious! In an all we would highly recommend this apartment - IT'S GOT THE LOT!

we enjoyed our time here but the only bug is the noise of the restaurants below closing up at night!!!!!
