1 Bed Apartment - Central Playa del Ingles


The apartment is a one bedroom property on the main road, Avenida de Tirajana, in Playa del Ingles suitable for up to four persons. It has been fitted out both to suit to suit long stays so those little extras you always have to carry with you when staying at the typical resort should already be in place for you.

The Accomodation
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed so no more falling down the gap between mattresses! There is a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table built in too. Further sleeping accommodation is available in the living area in the form of a double sofa-bed.

The living area will seat you comfortably and provides a television as well as a DVD player and hi-fi. To the other side of the room is a dining table which is adjacent to the american style kitchen and breakfast bar.

The kitchen is provided with a fridge, two ring electric hob, ample storage and crockery and cutlery for four. Additionally a kettle, toaster and microwave are included to help with your self catering arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE: While the apartment will accommodate 4, you may find it more comfortable for 2 or 3 maximum. I may ask for additional information before accepting a booking and reserve the right to refuse bookings from groups under the age of 25 or to increase the security deposit appropriately. Please make an enquiry before placing a booking if this is the case.

Maid Services
As a holiday home rather than a serviced hotel, cleaning is provided once a week, and before arrival, with the apartment fully cleaned, bed linen provided and towels changed.

Loved the apartment from the minute we walked in. Owners very friendly and helpful. gardens and pool area well kept brilliant location between the beach/dunes and Yumbo, spar just opposite in fact just about everthing you need for your hols on your doorstep including bus stops if you want to go further afield really enjoyed watching the daily migration to the beach/dunes from the balcony while having breakfast each day already booked our next stay!!

Exactly as described and pictured. In an excellent position being midway between Yumbo nightlife and entry to beach/dunes with many local amenities (bakery/supermarket/cafes). Far enough from road so that traffic noise is not a problem. Owners reside nearby so that if any help needed is quickly available, although not needed by us as apartment met all requirements.

Friendly and helpful owners, good location for the Yumbo Centre and restaurants. Acccomodation was clean and well kept. We where disappointed that there was no internet connection, we had to logon to the hotels own wifi which wasnt a very good signal. However the owners did say that they had been having problems and that they would be reinstating a proper connection. Although the apartment faced the road it was set back so noise was not a problem, the bedroom faced away from the road onto bungalows so was very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay, will be going back there next year.

The property was well maintained, excerllent views from the balcony, very well equipped and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. I would go back there again.

Key handover worked perfectly. Very nice apartment, pool area much nicer than it looked on the photos. Recepcionist very helpful. It would have been nice to have a better pan, the one there is not really useful. But happy to have so many pillows - very cosy! Many thanks - we had wonderful vacation!

It is 12 years since we stayed at a Lenamar apartment and we may say we were more than happy with the standard of accommodation this time around booked via Villarenters. We were particularly impressed with the double bed and pillows; very comfy and we slept like logs with no inducement from a night out on the razzle! Noise from around and about was unobtrusive and it was lovely sometimes simply sitting on the balcony of an evening, sipping coffee and watching the world go by. There were plenty of towels and sufficient cleaning products to start us off. But one slight construtive comment if we may. We appreciate that the Spar shop is just over the road but some water on arrival at the very least and perhaps tea, coffee and milk would be nice especially so if a flight is seriously delayed and the shops are shut. We might just bring sachets ourselves for the first night on another visit. And yes, we will book with you again. Regards, Allan & Tony

Thank you for your comments. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.Our normal standard is to provide a bottle of water - I will check why this was not the case on this occasion. As a self catering apartment, we do not provide any other food stuffs as these are down to personal taste and indeed many people eat out all the time and therefore this would be wasteful. We will consider your comment and look into offering a small "welcome" breakfast pack as an option.

The property was very clean and well furnished to make for a very comfortable stay. It was very central for the resort and had excellent facilities all round - the pool area was clan and not overcrowded and all in all it proved to be an excellent place for a week away from the British Winter - I would not hesitate in using this apartment for further visits to Playa

We were surprised by what we had for our money every thing was great the appartment itself was clean and comfortable. The location could not have been better positioned as we were handy for all the central shops and entertainment. Would definately recommend it to our friends and relatives.

The apartment is very well located, near everything. It is quiet as not directly on the street. It is very well equiped indeed. Nothing is missing. I enjoyed all the electronic equipment such as DVD reader and the computer with free internet access is very convenient ! Even the parking is nice if you rent a car for several days ! I do not find anything to improve! I hope to rent it again...

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything one needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was handy being near the Yumbo and not far from the beach either. The on site assistance was helpful and friendly both on arrival and departure. I would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

The property was in an ideal location for easy access to the beach and within walking distance of the recommended bars, restaurants and night life. Everything that you could want for a self contained holiday was included in the apartment. The personal touch with regards to the fixtures and fittings of the apartment were clearly evident thus making the holiday a comfortable and relaxing experience. Look forward to the next visit.

A standard Spanish appartment, which is good, but with all the little things that you miss from daily life that I miss from home and make all the petty difficulties of life on holiday disappear. We had an iron, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and so on. I recommend Jim and Marcuss appartment to anyone.
Great location and the apartment has all the necessary equipment - not far from the beach and also close to the Yumbo centre. The owners are very helpful and friendly - they certainly helped to make my stay memorable. Will definately make use of it again.
Cant really complain, though surely air con is standard- ?avoid in August/Septemeber. Location is superb - swimming pool is quiet and lovely - great sun exposure all afternoon and evening - quiet tenants aroundabouts - great location to spring to detox retox, cooked breakfast at moby dicks, yumbo and cita centres, the gay beach... Very clean - a real double bed ?kingsize - hangers - broadband - iron - TV (though where is CNN?) - dvd and dvds - kept clean. Really good experience

Thank you for your comments, and I am glad you enjoyed your stay and the standards we try to maintain for our guests and ourselves when we are in the apartment. In brief response to your two specific questions - air conditioning is not advertised and is actually more unusual in apartments in Playa. That said, we are going to conduct an electrical refurbishment and may consider adding a/c at this time. The TV channels provided are those readily available by satellite and those selected by the community. Unfortunately the only english language channels are currently BBC World and one or two others.

This was my second stay in this apartment. everything was perfect to me. The flat is very convenient and pleasant.
Ideally situated for a stroll down to the beach and within easy walking distance of shopping malls and entertainment. The advantage of a double bed is a major advantage and the home comforts in the apartment make this an ideal place to come to without having to worry about things you may have left at home. Look forward to the next time!!
Great location, very clean and comfortable with every amenity necessary and more.
Appartment exactly as described . OK fr 2 people but maybe a bit cramped for 4 persons.Conveniant and central for all needs , beaches, shops, nightlife etc. Although on the main avenue virtually no noise from traffic etc , good pool area and well maintained. Only one minor comment , i know it is self catering , but when arriving late at night, and the shops/stores have closed, there was no loo/toilet paper in the bathroom. It would be helpful if a small roll of tissue was supplied until one could get to the shops next day. Otherwise all was great and very enjoyable, hope to return!

Thank you for the review and your comment regarding the toilet paper has been noted. This is not our normal practice and should have been immediately rectified had it been passed to the local agent. Linen, towels, toilet paper, handwashing, dishwashing and cleaning materials are all included as we know only too well the frustration of having to buy these on arrival. The property description highlights the matter of accomodation suitability for 2 or 4 guests.

Just got back last night after a week in your apartment in Playa del Ingles. I had a great week. At the apartment I was greeted by David who made me feel more than welcome. You have a very nice place there and it was very nice to be able to feel right at home.
