Apartment in located a quiet area of Playa de las Americas, near the Paseo Maritimo where you can enjoy a walking and admiring the sunset, this is a beautiful promenade that connects Las Americas con Los Cristianos.
There are 2 double bedrooms, dining room with table and chairs, couch, chair and flat screen TV with TV sat with different international channels, american kitchen fully equipped ( refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, crockery, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), bathroom with shower and washing machine, ( also hair dryer , iron and ironing board), spacious balcony with table and chairs with a view to the pool
The complex is cozy, with a pretty pool and beautiful garden.
It is really great location for those who want a relaxing holiday without a car, as all amenities are within walking distance : supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks
