If you are looking for the perfect place to spend your holidays, to enjoy with your family, as a couple or just live a great adventure in one of the most important points of interest of the Canary Islands, this is your apartment.
Wonderful duplex in Parque Santiago II complex in Playa de las Américas. It is located in one of the best areas, a few meters from the beach and the promenade and its location is unmatched, has private access from the promenade and another entrance from the same complex.
The first floor consists of kitchenette and dining room, living room with sofa bed and television with satellite channels. Between the living room and the terrace there is a space that can be converted into an extra room with a single bed, as it is composed of windows and doors that can be closed and create a private space, on this floor there is also a toilet and A small garden
On the upper floor there are two rooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a full bathroom and a terrace with great sea views.
Parque Santiago II has a beautiful pool with free Wi-Fi zone.
Important information about the pool: you won't be able to access the pool with hammocks.
Sun beds, umbrellas and mats can be rented by the pool.
Price of the sunbed: 3.5 euros per day.
Umbrellas: 1.5 euros per day.
Mattresses: 1.5 euros per day.
Playa de las Américas, also known simply as Las Américas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and is one of the main tourist centers of the island.
It is also one of the places where the largest leisure offer in the south of Tenerife with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and numerous nightclubs, etc. The area includes several beaches, spectacular shopping centers, conditioned walks to enjoy the views and leisure areas offered by Playa de Las Américas.
