This nice apartment of 52 m² recently renovated in Arona has 1 bedroom and a capacity of 4 people. It is placed in the area of Playa de Las Américas, one of the most touristic locations of the island. It is very close to most of the services you may need, like the south airport, and to the most important attractions of the island, like the waterpark "Siam Park". The beach is very close and along it the visitors can enjoy a peaceful walk through the seawalk.
It has a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is decorated in a tastefully furnished and situated in a modern apartment complex with views of the sea and the swimming pool and which is an ideal family area.
It has a communal heated swimming pool, lift, terrace, iron, internet access (WIFI), outdoor parking in the same building, TV and satellite TV (Languages: Spanish).
The American kitchen, of induction, is totally equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee machine and toaster.
