The kitchen is fully equipped and has all modern appliances.From the living room is accessed, through a glass doors to an outdoor porch, there you can find a pool of 3mx2.20m, dining table and chairs to enjoy There is also a barbecue and chill-out area, this is the best place to spend the warm summer days in the shade enjoying the fresh sea breeze, highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!

Comfort and Services:
Internet, TV, Refrigerator, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine. Fully equipped with towels and linens.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 5: Please note there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
