The modern dwelling consists of 2 floors where you can spend your holidays. As soon as you enter, you will find a spacious living-dining room with AC and Smart TV. In the same area, you will also find the open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob and all the facilities to cook appetizing dishes. Completing the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, very well-equipped. The first one is equipped with a double bed, TV, AC, and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a trundle bed, TV, AC, and wardrobe. Closing the first floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower. Connecting through a staircase to the second floor, you will find the last bedroom, which is equipped with a trundle bed, TV, AC, and chest of drawers. Finally, concluding with the amenities of this house, we locate a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Also, if you are travelling with children, we can provide them with a cot and a high chair.

Typical dishes such as Frit, a combination of meat, potatoes and vegetables, and l'Arrós Brut, a mellow rice dish full of authentic flavours, offer a feast for the senses. Close to the beautiful beaches of Can Pere Antoni, Ciudad Jardín and Cala Mayor. They complete Palma as a perfect place for your holiday.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
