We travelled with our 4 year old son to this lovely villa in Pego.
Before travelling we asked if the Villa could be ready a little earlier than 4pm as our flight got in a lot earlier, the owner was extremely accommodating and said he would arrange for us to be in at 2pm, we arrived at 1:15 and the Villa was ready for us which was excellent. The owner supplied excellent information before we travelled with directions and instructions to get in. The Villa is a little hard to find but the picture he supplied really helped.
As we went for a really relaxing week, we decided not to book a car and got private transfers instead, although it is only a short walk in to town, I would opt for a car next time just so we could get full supplies up to the villa!
The villa itself is one of the best equipped we have stayed in and the views are outstanding and watching the sunset every evening was a real treat.
We travelled in August and this is when a lot of the smaller restaurants and tapas bars close (the owners go to their beach houses apparently) so it would be nice to go again when they are all back open, that said there was plenty of choice and the town of Pego is charming and authentic. Market day (Thursday) was bustling and had a really lovely feel to it.
If you are looking for a relaxing break in a stunning location, in a traditional Spanish town, I would highly recommend. I would definitely travel back in the future.

The directions and map received from the owner and website made travelling from Alicante Airport to the Villa Valle Vista direct and stress free. Villa Valle Vista is a beautiful villa, which is maintained to a very high standard. When we arrived the internal and external areas were spotless, the villa was very welcoming with lovely decor in all areas. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils and utilities. The outside kitchen by the pool was a real treat for bbqs and just eating alfresco whilst relaxing by the pool. There were fantastic and picturesque views from the pool side patio, the sunsets were amazing. The property and area description was accurate and we walked in to the town on several occasions, although up hill on the way back to the villa it was still only approx 15 minute stroll.
We recommend the area and villa.
Thank you for a fabulous time!

We stayed at Villa Valle Vista for 3 weeks and had a great time. The villa is very impressive on its own but the setting, overlooking the orange groves and the mountains in the distance, is stunning. The villa itself was very well appointed and was presented in good order and immaculately clean.
The villa is on the outskirts of Pego but only a 10 minute walk from the middle of town (which is easier than driving as so much of it is one-way). Not a tourist town but boasts a large and really helpful Tourist Information office that is well worth the visit.
There are plenty of bars and a handful of restaurants in town but we chose to eat in most days, encouraged by the ‘barby’. We did venture out to Fillols restaurant on a couple of lunch times and had excellent meals and good value for money.
We would highly recommend Villa Valle Vista.

Stunning views of inland Spain as well as a glimpse of the coast from the terrace, where we whiled away hours around the pool and barbecue house. A great base from which to visit the numerous gorgeous beaches which can be reached within a 15-30 minute drive. Would certainly return.
