Town house overview - owner's description

Bright and spacious traditional Spanish duplex townhouse for up to 6 people in Montañar II, a quiet area but only 50m from the beach.

Well situated the townhouse is in a lovely complex and in a perfect location to enjoy the beach, restaurants and bars without needing a car.

The property has a private garden with patio and barbeque and direct access to the quiet street without having to go through the complex. On the ground floor is the lounge-diner with TV/DVD and UK TV, and double doors leading to the patio and garden with outside seating and electric awning. Also on this floor is a guest cloakroom and kitchen.

On the first floor are the bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, air-conditioning, balcony with awning and open country views en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, air-conditioning and balcony with awning and country views.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and air-conditioning.

The main bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower.

The property has an underground parking space accessed directly from the ground floor.

The sandy Arenal beach with shops, restaurants and supermarket just 5 minutes’ walk away.

Golden Paradise 2 has two private pool areas, each with separate adult and children’s pool. From the upper floor a door opens onto a short set of steps leading to a communal area with a large adult pool (12m x 5m and 1,4m to 2,2m deep) and a smaller children’s pool. There is an area directly outside the property for sun loungers and chairs, and to one side of the pool are fixed sun umbrellas for communal use. Just outside the door to the pool the property has its own secure open storage area with washing machine and washing lines which would also be suitable for bicycles, pushchairs etc.

The local area:

The apartment complex is located ia short walk from the sandy beach area which is brimming with restaurants, bars and shops. You don´t need a car whilst you are there but you may find it handy for getting to and from the airport and if you do wish to explore further afield.

Javea is divided into 3 areas:

Arenal (sandy beach) - obviously popular in the warmer months, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. The beach is in a crescent shape and is very shallow so excellent for younger children. Beside the canal you can hire a speed boat to explore the Javea´s natural coves and bays, inaccessible on foot. Nearby on the rocky beach north of the Arenal are numerous beach bars and more sea-front restaurants as well as jet-ski and windsurf hire.

The Port - about 2km from the sandy beach you arrive at the port. Still a small picturesque working fishing village, the port has a wonderfully authentic atmosphere with many pedestrian areas where families spend warm summer evenings either at one of the many restaurants or cafés while they watch their children play.

The Old Town - steeped in tradition, Javea´s old town is one of the prettiest villages on the Costa Blanca. Located up a hill leaving the port, this is the original village of Javea and still inhabited by local families. The atmosphere here is "true Spanish" with no sign of souvenir shops and where the local people tend to live, shop and work. The daily fresh food market is in the historic almost pedestrian centre where you will also find restaurants and the real Spanish tapas bars.

We had a wonderfull stay at Golden Beach. The appartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed, a bottle of wine on arival was a lovely touch!
The appartment is within an easy walk to the beach, bars, restaraunts and supermarket.
The pool and garden area was lovely and well tended, pool cleaned every day and grass cut on a Wednesday!
We cannot wait to come back again.

The apartment had loads of plates bedding ect
It had a lovely terrace but one of the sun loungers was broken. The down side to this apartment was thet there was no heatiing or heaters. It was very cool on a night and we did move apartments thanks to Maggie Silver and team at Casa Blanca Villas. I would not recomend this apartment to be rented during the winter months.

This town house is in a village near the beach. It has a shared pool, a balcony, a barbecue, a children pool area and a garage. Car hire is not necessary as the town house is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.
