Overview

This is a lovely apartment, near to the Villamartin Plaza. It is on the ground floor of a two-storey building. There is a sunny, south facing terrace and garden, which includes a driveway for off road parking. The front terrace and gazebo in the garden provide a shaded outdoor dining/barbecue area with a further spacious patio area and sun beds for sunbathing.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 is an en-suite shower room), sleeping 6 with 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x twin bedroom all with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. (An extra folding bed is available, if required.)

There is a comfortable lounge and dining area, seating 6 and a modern well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor, 1/2 fridge/ freezer, washing machine and all mod cons. There is air con and Satellite tv with 20 - 30 English channels.. The adjacent communal pool area is right next to this block. (Neighbouring apartments can also be booked for larger groups.) All bedding and towels are supplied, just bring your own beach towels.


This apartment is ideally situated in a quiet location, just a 7 - 8 min. walk from the well established ‘Villamartin Plaza, where numerous bars, restaurants and a supermarket and fresh bakery can be found.

This is an ideal base for golfing or family holidays with the sandy beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig only a short drive away.

My husband and I rented this apartment from Sue and Dave from November 2012 to end of March 2013.
The apartment is modern and has all of the home comforts required to have a relaxing break. We rented during the winter months and the sun always shone all day due to it being south facing. We had free Wi-Fi and a lovely large screen TV with English channels so we were able to catch up with all of the soaps and also look at the rotten weather we were missing in the UK!
Plenty of places to go for a drink or meal in the area and we really found Wolfies Bar at Eagles Nest an absolute gem, June and her staff were really welcoming and the food was superb with a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a holiday - for those with children the swimming pool is just literally beside the apartment - It is also very handy for Villamartin and all of the golf courses.
We are planning our next holiday at this apartment next year!
