Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, gorgeous gardens and 3 swimming pools including childrens pool, 200 metres from the beach.

Charming apartment in popular residence with 3 swimming pools and gardens. Terrace with nice view of gardens and pool and glimpses of the sea. Superb location, 200 m from the beach, close to all amenities. Economic prices.

This charming apartment is located in a beautiful location, Las Naciones, in the Centre of Benalmadena. The resort facilities include 3 swimming pools and gardens. Swimming pools are open from mid June -mid September. Due to the location in the centre of town, there is no need for a car at this apartment. The glorious beaches are within a few minutes walk of the apartment and the famous Puerta Marina is 20 minutes, on foot. The apartment is close to bars, restaurants, shops and the marina but is located in a quiet street. You can also visit Parque Palomo, SeaLife, pueblo of Benalmadena and Marbella. It is also possible to visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Gibralter, even Morocco!

The most famous sport in Benalmadena is golf, however also located here are beautiful parks, beaches, museums, casinos, aquariums, theme parks, and more. There is Entertainment of all kinds. There are amazing views from the famous cable car. From here you can see all across the coast including Parque de Paloma and Tivoli world.

Tourism is the most important economic income. Mainly due to its size, Puerta Marina has 1100 yachts up to the length of 35 m and depth of 5 m.

Puerto marina is one of the most important ports in the world, where leisure, sports and magnificent apartments are excellently combined and the port has been awarded many awards in addition to the blue flag of the European union, which has been given to the marina every year since 1987. Puerto marina is a synonym for entertainment, attractions, sports, recreation, beautiful walks and the many other activities.

The climate of Benalmadena and the Costa del Sol has, on average, 300 sunny days per year. This makes the place very attractive to Spanish and foreign visitors who want to spend their holidays on the Mediterranean coast. This climate is also perfect for outdoor activities.

Benalmadena is centrally located, which makes it easy to reach. The international airport in Malaga takes place at only 20 minutes from the city.

We have recently returned from a lovely vacation in this apartment. First of all the contact with the owners was easy and they were extremely helpful. When we arrived we were met with the keys (and we arrived very late at night) and we were shown all of the apartment. It was lovely and clean and in a really nice development. We were close to everything, the beach, restaurants, bars etc., Although the pool was closed when we visited my small daughter was still able to use the gardens and had lots of room for playing while we sunbathed. We managed some great days out and we will definitely return. We though it was great value for money. Many thanks.

Lovely, well equipped apartment only a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and only a 20 minute walk to the marina along the promenade/beach. Very handy location, ideal for couples or families :-)

The apartment is perfect for a base to stay in Benalmadena. It is a few minutes walk from lots of restaurants, shops, promenade and the beach and felt very safe. There is everything you would need and because it is so close to all the amenities- it was a very relaxing and stress free holiday. Booking the apartment was easy with great follow up from the owner before and after the holiday, good directions and information about the facilities. Very good value for money!

Entspricht komplett der Beschreibung. Sauber. Relativ neu renoviert. Für zwei Personen ideal. Wir waren sogar mit dem Rollstuhl da, meine Frau kann aber ein paar Schritte machen. Fahrstuhl nur geeignet für einen Transportrollstuhl. Waschmaschine , Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und viele, viele Töpfe und Pfannen. Balkon mit Sicht bis zum Meer. Wenig aber immerhin. Matratze sehr gut, aber Untergestell ein bisschen weich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

He pasado una semana de vacaciones estupendas en este apartamento, la verdad que además de estar super limpio, lo que más me ha gustado es que está al lado de la playa y del centro. También teníamos autobús y tren muy muy cerca. La piscina es enorme y la verdad nos ha encantado. En general, le doy un diez al apartamento, también teníamos supermercado y bar en el mismo edificio, así que para cualquier cosa teníamos todo ahí mismo.

We have just had 2 lovely and relaxing weeks at this apartment. The complex is great with 3 fab swimming pools. The beach is near enough to walk to and there are loads of good bars and restaurants close by. Everything was really smooth with the owners and the caretaker was very friendly and helpful We also booked a transfer which just made everything so easy, especially with the kids in tow. Would definitely recommend and we intend to come back in the winter cos Benalmadena has so much to see!

The appartment was like we expected from the pictures. It is ideal for two people, eventually with two children. The situation is very attractive, next to the pool and the beach. The reservation was very well organized and we got all the informations we needed. Nice place to be!

We booked this holiday with 12 hours notice. The owner was great, pulling out all the stops to accommodate our late request. The shower broke, and Emma the owner had it repaired immediately. The location is great, not far from the sea, which you can see from the balcony. It is only a short walk to the buss stop, and railway station. There are lots of good restaurants close by. The cooking facilities are very basic, Great for a short stay,1 to 2 weeks. When we checked out we left our jackets behind the door, Emma was so helpful in getting them back to us. We had a great holiday.We would go back.

The key here is the location. Just right for the coast, good bars and restaurants and the excellent village. Just the perfect place for a relaxing stay. Service brilliant from the owners, easy to deal with and honest. We will definitely stay again
