Modern 2-Bedroom Duplex apartment with 2 private terraces in Palm Mar.
Spacious apartment located on two floors. Entrance is to the higher level, which consists of the living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a separate toilet. There is also a single sofa in the living room, big enough for an adult to sleep, providing maximum occupancy of 5 persons. Patio leads from both, kitchen and the living room, to the spacious terrace with nice pool view. Terrace has its outside dining area and sunbeds for relaxing.
Stairs lead from the living room to the lower level of the apartment, where 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located. One Bedroom has a double bed and another one has two single beds. Both bedrooms has its own patio access to the ground floor private terrace. Bathroom has the bath with the shower. Washing machine is also located next to the bathroom.
Apartment is located in the quite town of Palm Mar. All the shops and cafes are in 5-10 minutes walk. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are located in 10-15 minutes drive. There you can find the wide variety of activities: boat hiring, water parks, a lot of different beaches and the night life.
This is a perfect place for a family holiday in a quite place with a nice close location to the touristic centre of the South of Tenerife.
