Modern 2-Bedroom apartment with huge private terrace in Palm Mar.
Spacious apartment located on the ground floor. Apartment consists of the living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One Bedroom has a double bed and another one has two single beds. Large sofa in the living room provides an extra space allowing one more adult to sleep on it. Both bedrooms and the living room have its own patio access to private terrace with the pool view and with its separate dining area and sunbeds. Bathroom has the bath with the shower.
Apartment is located in the quite town of Palm Mar, 15-20 minutes drive from the airport. All the shops and cafes are in 5-10 minutes walk. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are located in 10-15 minutes drive. There you can find the wide variety of activities: boat hiring, water parks, a lot of different beaches and the night life. Largest water park Siam Park is located in 15 minutes drive. Nearest sand beach is located also in Los Cristianos.
This is a perfect place for a family holiday in a quite place with a nice close location to the touristic center of the South of Tenerife.
