With its floor-to-ceiling windows, the domicile has a breathtaking view of the Gallinera Valley, the Marjal Oliva Pego Natural Park and Denia with its Montgo mountain. On a clear day you can see as far as the island of Ibiza. The pool with Roman staircase is located on a 1,000 m² plot, surrounded by fruit trees, a lawn and a flower garden. Surrounded by plantations, you will perceive the scent of oranges in bloom. The house also has a pool house (with shower and sink).

The most impressive aspect of the villa are the magnificent views across the landscape and the sea. We also enjoyed using the large swimming pool and eating out on the terrace. There is no local restaurant so you have to make your way by car down the hill to Oliva. The facilities in the villa were adequate enough, though some areas needed more...
