This top floor two bed duplex apartment to rent is set in the popular complex of Los Diamantes, Los Cristianos. As well as a front balcony with magnificent views, it also benefits from a large, private roof terrace with further room to stretch out and enjoy the Tenerife sunshine! From here you not only have all day sunshine but stunning views over the resort of Los Cristianos to the sea.
Los Diamantes has its own communal pool (heated in winter) and large sun terrace with free sunbeds. Only residents and their guests have access to the pool area so it is particularly private. The complex has its own on-site bar / snack bar.
The beauty of this apartment is that whilst Los Diamantes is a thriving holiday complex this apartment is based on the "residents block" reserved for private owners only. Its a tranquil setting with a nice pool bar, no rush for the plentiful sunbeds by the pool and a large sun terrace with fantastic views.
The beach, harbour and central Los Cristianos is a 15 minute stroll away. A good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 mins walk. This is definitely the more upmarket area of Los Cristianos where some of the best restaurants can be found.

Balcony: Sunny balcony with an abundance of sun. Patio table and 4 chairs, 4 sun beds.
Complex Facilities: Swimming pool (heated in winter), sun beds, on-site bar / snack bar.
Linen Change: Towels and linen change weekly.
Location: 25 minutes from Airport. (Taxi meet and greet service available). 10 to 15 minutes walk to Los Cristianos harbour and beach. Ideal location for the water park. Two golf courses within 10 minutes drive.

This apartment is looked after by a local Management company whos details will be left in the apartment for you.
A taxi transfer from the airport can be provided, and we also have a fleet of cars and can leave them at the airport should you want to pick one up.

Due to Larry the taxi driver informing us (on arrival at the airport when we rang him),he no longer works for the owners we therfore had to get our own taxi to the complex. Due to having no meet and greet at the airport we was left at los diamantes trying to find out which apartment was ours as there are three phases to this complex. After ringing Rentalsystems and explaining our situation, we was given our apartment details and how to obtain the key for the premises. (The lady I spoke to was apologetic and I was given a refund of the monies paid for the taxi service). The apartment was nice, all beds made up, plenty of hangers and cupboard space. The cleanliness was a little disappointing, as though it had been rushed and a little more time could of been spent cleaning floors as nail clippings were on floor I room and an ex guest had left a sock behind which was found behind the curtain on the floor in the bottom bedroom. Missing tile on floor in cupboard in downstairs bedroom covered over with plastic bag. Kitchen units were ok but could do with renewing mainly base units. There was a fridge with milk and bottled water in for our arrival with tea bags and sugar also supplied to make a most welcomed needed cup of tea when we finally got into the apartment. We couldn't get the said English channels on the tv so mainly just watched sky news. There was a washing machine in the bathroom which we did use to freshen our towels and again this was most appreciated to have . On the upstairs terrace there were two new sunbeds which were very comfy and the sun terrace was a suntrap brilliant for peaceful lazy days. The whole complex was clean, quiet and peaceful. Mainly 50+ people were in this complex hardly any children at all. The views from both balconies were stunning looking out at sea watching the sunset and seeing the ferries coming and going into port. We would not let the small issues stop us going back to this apartment or recommending it to others, but in our opinion a little more attention to detail would make this gorgeous situated apartment one of the best we have stayed in. We have already been looking for dates for next years holidays but it looks as the calendar is full already !!
we have spent 2 lovely weeks in Los Diamantes. When we arrived the apartment was clean and fresh. There was a bottle of water, a carton of milk and a couple of tea bags to let us make a cuppa straight away. We appreciated that, thankyou. There were 2 fans and we discovered one of them was broken, we also wanted one of the single beds made up. I mailed the owner who arranged for these to be fixed. The very next day we came back to a brand new fan and the bed made up. The older one could do with replacing as it is pretty old and dirty looking and not as powerful. The cushions and cushion covers on the sofas really need replacing as I did not even like to use them sorry. There is an iron and a wee hairdryer. The wee bar down stairs has good food at a reasonable prices so a full breakfast and a cup of tea works out at £4.00 each. Evening meals are reasonable too. Karen & Gareth will try to accomodate anything you want to eat.There is wifi at the bar area, they will give you a code if you buy a drink or food, the code will last for 1 hour. There is a supermarket round the corner which is the cheapest I have found in 4 years there so dont waste time shopping around, just go there. The pool photo does not do it justice as it has all been re tiled. Its an aboslutey fantastic pool, perfect temperature and perfect size for a cood down dip. The roof top terrace has 2 lovely new beds and is lovely in the evening when its a wee bit cooler. The bar has a good range of drinks at very reasonable prices, cockails were lethal and cheapest i found. The complex is kept in immacualte condition by the cleaning team and the owners are seen out every night watering plants and putting beds away (cause some people are too lazy to do this themself) The bar shuts at 11pm sharp. As the bedroom is at the back of the apartment we could not hear a thing and we were never disturbed with anything at all. its such a quiet and peaceful area and its only a 5 -10 min walk round to the closest bars. its a 15 minute walk down to the beach. There were 2 hand towels and larger towels there for us which was replaced after 1 week as was the bed linen. At first I thought the towels would not be enough but we managed perfectly well. We used the washing machine to freshen up the beach towels but we had to buy soap powder but it was cheap enough in the supermarket. There was a new cleaning cloth there and a fresh dish towel but the scourer that was left was ancient. Not a problem as all the other cleaning cloths were fine. The apartment was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed sky sports which my husband was delighted about ( but please renew the cushion covers on the sofa). The complex the just lovely. The communication with the owners and the letting agent was great, the bar, the staff, the food was all great. I would certainly return to this apartment and the complex. it was lovely Thankyou .
The stay was very very enjoyable, we relaxed tremendously, the apartment was beautiful, the roof terrace an added bonus, easy access to everything we needed, it was fab!
The only complaint would be against the 'caretaker' barging into the poolside and whistling at the children like dogs and shouting at them to be quiet, I'm surprised he didn't have a go at a Family that had a 1 year old baby that cried a lot, he also had a right go and was shouting yet again to the boys (mine and a friends) regarding them having a lilo in the pool, I totally understand that they're usually not allowed but on this occasion there was only the boys in there, I suppose rules are rules, but to say he was positively RUDE is an understatement!!
I said my piece as his behaviour was unacceptable and was told that it was not a holiday camp and the children should be quiet!
If the residents do not want Families there then this should be stipulated in any advertisements on said property.
However this has not put us off and we would 100% book with yourselves again in the future.

The apartment was in a quiet location but close enough to bars and restaurants. The position of the apartment meant that you got the sun on the balcony and roof terrace from first thing in the morning until it went down in the evening. Great little bar on the complex serving cheap drinks and food. A perfect holiday in a superb apartment.
The apartment is in a fantastic location, very quiet and just a short walk to the shops, bars and sea front. The roof terrace is amazing and the other terrace is great for eating and watching the world go by.
We were a little disappointed with the lack of equipment for self catering. There were no decent pans, just 1 large pan which was usable and no wooden / plastic spoons etc for cooking. There is a microwave but no bowls to use in it. Also a previous review mentioned a broken sun lounger, this is still broken. The blanket on the double bed had a fusty smell so we didn't use it. It's a shame because a little money spent on this apartment would make it excellent.
