Villa situated in Nueva Andalucia, close to the world famous yachting harbour Puerto Banus and close to four 18 hole championship golf courses. Within walking distance to some restaurants and small shops, this villa is situated at the end of a dead end street in a residential area. Three bedrooms are on the garden level and the master bedroom is on the top floor. In total there are 3 double beds and 2 single beds. The villa has a private swimming pool, garage, TV, and a chimney for natural wood fires. Within walking distance is a bus stop which will take you directly to Puerto Banus and the beach. NUEVA ANDALUCIA: the biggest urbanisation in Marbella. Also known as the golf valley with 5 golf courses in the surrounding area. There are hotels, bars, shops and restaurants dotted around the valley. Puerto Banus forms a part of this urbanisation.
PUERTO BANÚS: One of the most privileged places in Marbella. Famous people normally go there. It has magnificent restaurants, cinemas, banks, shops and The Corte Ingles also forms part of it. Lots of nightlife.
MARBELLA TOWN: Is the heart of the Costa del Sol. Situated within the radius of the town area. All amenities of living in a city are nearby. There are residential areas on the outskirts of the town. Lots of nightlife. With sunshine most of the year.
