The design of the urbanisation is in the typical Villarroel style and with a feature of subtropical gardens, including exotic palm trees and a spacious swimming pool area very close to the sea. The very elegant apartments are surrounded by the gardens in which there is with a private pool / gym facilities / poolside bistro for the summer months and it`s exquisite magnificent verandas are overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The quality of the apartment is superb and the finish is outstanding: 2 large bedrooms both with full en suite marble bathrooms and superking size beds, air conditioning and underfloor heating, plenty of built-in cupboards, beautiful Asian furnishing, American type built kitchen including Fridge, Microwave and modern Stove, dishwasher and separately in the large adjacent utility room is a washing machine with dryer.
