A splendid double bedroom ground floor apartment, can sleep a maximun of 4 (including sofa bed in the lounge) but preferably a couple or couple with a child..Situated in the vicinity of the famous Andalucia Plaza Hotel, Casino de Marbella and the sandy beaches of Playas del Duke - Puerto Banus. The Puerto Banus Marina is home to the rich and famous where you might spot a famous celebrity. There are countless glamorous designer shops, luxury giant sized yachts and incredible Sports cars parked on all sides of the port. Shops, restaurants, pubs, bars and night-life, are all within five minutes walking distance. The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet residential area that is within walking distance to the vibrant night life. There is also one of the largest hypermarkets within 15 minutes walk, “El Corte Ingles” where you can purchase electronic equipment, food and clothes etc. There is also a weekly market 10 minutes walk away.
The apartment has marble floors throughout, air conditioning for any kind of weather, video entry system, security shutters and high quality furniture. The bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with bidet, bath & shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic-hob, and microwave, toaster, electric kettle fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room area has sofa bed, arm chair, dining room table,breakfast bar and coffee table, glass cabinet and television with satellite TV. It also has its own private garden with very large terrace and six garden chairs, table, parasol and sun-beds, from which you can see the mountains and watch live tennis matches from the opposite courts of the International Tennis Club. There is also a lift to the communal roof solarium with a panoramic view of Puerto Banus, the mountains, the sea and sometimes even the African coast.
The complex has two swimming pools with lifeguard, three tennis courts and is surrounded by beautiful illuminated tropical landscaped gardens. There is 24 hours ATM cash machine facility near by.
The security is high. There is a video entry system and twenty-four hour patrol guards. The apartment has an underground car park with access through remote control entry gate to its own private parking place.
There a lots of activities to do around the area all within a short driving distance. Tivoli World is the biggest amusement park on the Coast. With more than 40 rides, musical shows for all ages, restaurants for all tastes, you'll have special day with your family and friends. There are also giant Water Parks, an aquarium as well as adventure parks with sea life and safari. For golf lovers, there are five golf courses all within 5 minutes drive, including the famous La Quinta and La Dama de Noche. Within twenty minutes drive there are other 18 courses. If you fancy.
The bus stop is only one hundred metres from the apartment, running frequently to all the local areas included San Pedro, Estepona, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga. Day trips can be made to Gibraltar, North Africa, Seville, Nerja, Granada, Cordoba and the mountain villages of Ronda or Mijas.
