Stunning apartment with large covered terrace and private lawned garden, in a gated complex with a communal pool in the Golf Valley, between Puerto Banus & Marbella.
For those of you familiar with the area, the Cumbres del Rodeo urbanisation is situated just a 3 minutes drive to the Nueva Andalucía roundabout next to the A10 Andalucía Plaza Hotel & the Marbella Casino. The centre of Nueva Andalucía is located uphill from the complex where a wide variety of bars, restaurants & shops can be found, in keeping with the area’s residential surroundings.
It is a luxury gated complex featuring traditional Spanish architecture, with beautifully landscaped grounds & pool area, positioned on a south west facing slope, ensuring sunshine throughout the day whenever it shines. The apartment views towards the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara & on most days you will glimpse views of the Rock of Gibraltar & occasionally the coast of Africa can be seen from the terrace.
The walk to the sea from the complex is around 15 minutes in a direct line via a bridge walkway situated at the bottom of the slope. The nearest beach is the Mistral Beach, located next to the 5 star Guadalpin Hotel, but also within walking distance are the paying designer beach resorts of Buddha & Ocean Beach Club. If you wish to drive to the beach, it would take approximately 5 minutes & public parking is available at the Guadalpin Hotel. There are also a number of other designer beach resorts along the coast, notably Puro Beach, Nikki Beach & MC Beach.
There are more than 20 international standard golf courses within easy reach by car, the nearest of those being Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos Golf Club (designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr) & Magna Marbella.
The apartment is fitted out to a high standard with hot & cold air conditioning, under floor heating in the bathrooms, a Dyson AM04 air multiplier should additional localised heating or ventilation be required, video entry phone, marble floors & Bosch kitchen appliances. The property has secure underground car parking with lift access to the ground floor & has been beautifully furnished to a high standard to comfortably accommodate 4 holiday guests.
The spacious & bright reception room is divided into separate sitting & dining areas, with both areas able to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The room features shadow gap lighting & is beautifully furnished with Ligne Roset sofas, custom designer rocking chair, large glass table & B&B Italia storage unit, housing a Villeroy & Boch dinner service with Paloma Picasso cutlery. The stylish dining area includes an extending glass dining table with leather chairs & the dimmable light above helps create an elegant ambience, whilst the sitting area includes a 55” wall mounted Samsung full HD 3D flat screen TV with internet connection & partnering DVD player & Sony iPod docking station. French doors, with remote controlled electric shutters, open onto the terrace & garden.
The well equipped kitchen is located in a separate room off the hall, boasting quality appliances by Bosch, including, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, built in microwave & dishwasher. There are ample work surfaces & storage cupboards. This in turn leads to a small utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board & vacuum cleaner.
A closed off hallway leads to the two bedrooms, both of which have 32" wall mounted OKI flat screen TV’s & hairdryers. The front bedroom is of a good size with a window onto the communal gardens, with remote controlled electric shutters a 5ft bed, wall mounted feature headboard, Hulsta bedside tables & chest of drawers, & maple fitted wardrobes. The rear bedroom is also a spacious room, with a 5ft Ralph Lauren mahogany framed bed, surface illuminating bedside tables, chest of drawers & mahogany wardrobe space with internal safe. This bedroom has sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace area, again with remote controlled electric shutters.
The wall mounted flat screen TV’s provide a wide range of Spanish, French, German, Italian & UK stations via the digital freeview service. Broadband access is available at no extra charge via a wireless ISDN router, so if you arrive with a laptop, mobile or iPad with WIFI installed then you should have no problem connecting to the internet.
The en suite shower room includes a large walk in wet area with feature jets, his & hers designer wash hand basins, under floor heating & a wall mounted heated towel rail. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a cabinet mounted single wash hand basin unit providing under sink storage. It includes a pressed steel bath with hand held & rain dance shower head units over, under floor heating & a wall mounted heated towel rail. The apartment has electrically heated constant hot water provided from a tank located in the utility room.
The terrace is divided into an al fresco dining area with a small charcoal barbecue & a chill out area. The dining table & chairs also comfortably seat 6 & the relaxation area has a large comfy sofa, footstools & matching wicker chairs with a glass occasional table. Remote controlled electric blinds independently protect both these areas to provide a shaded environment, even in the hot sunny months. The garden has 2 sun loungers & the area is surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants. Do please note that, as it is at garden level, the apartment is not appropriate for guests who are allergic to cats; occasionally a neigbourhood cat might come and visit the terrace to have a sneaky sleep on a chair when you are not looking. Also, please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment; if you wish to smoke please do so on the outside terrace only.
Egyptian cotton bed linen with silk duvets, bath robes & all towels, including those for the terrace, swimming pool and /or beach are provided. The large communal swimming pool has a summer lifeguard, plenty of sunbeds & parasols, poolside showers & toilet facilities. There is a concierge's office located at the upper entrance of the development by the pedestrian gate which is open from 09:30 to 14:00 on Monday to Friday. They look after the day-to-day management & security of the complex, but are also able to assist with simple enquires.
The apartment is managed by a well respected & long established local property company ’Luna de Marbella’, who will ensure that it is clean & prepared to a high standard prior to your arrival. They will be able to meet & greet you and assist to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A weekly cleaning service will be provided at no extra charge during your stay & if you would like to be cleaned more frequently, or to have additional laundry or ironing services, these can also be arranged for an additional fee.
On request, groceries can be supplied for your arrival, also, please let us know if you require something special; such as a car service, cut flowers, boat hire, language tuition or catering services, these too can be arranged through Luna de Marbella.

Superb - apartment soft furnishings and anything you need, even down to a cool box, are available. A top rate apartment. Having a barbecue available is a brilliant touch!
We had a lovely time here having stayed in the complex before we knew it was a lovely area the apatment was immaculate on arrival and max met us at the gates he was very friendly the location to banus is fantastic weather you want a stroll down to the port of jump in a taxi its around 7 euros. Couldn't of been happier with out stay and Martin you fab giving us all the information we needed before our stay will be back again very soon Hayley Manchester
Excellent apartment as advertised lovely complex and pool very quiet but close to all the action of Marbella. Have been to the area for about 10 years this is the best place we have stayed ,having been all over Marbella from the centre to the very outskirts this apartment is top of the pile for the money. The apartment manager was also very helpful he could not do enough to help .Overall very good recommended !
Loved the apartment was so clean and nice with lovely views. Even better than what we thought even had a cleaner come half way through the week. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends. Would get a car next time as easy parking but taxis were easily accessible.
Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment in a great location! Weve stayed in many apartments in this area and this by far, was the best. The apartment is stylish, comfortable and fitted out to the highest standard. A spacious, stylish and comfortable living area is great for families complimented by a beautiful terrace with fabulous outdoor furniture and beds. Its perfect to dine al fresco or to relax after a day out and is extremely peaceful and private. Great barbecue (we didnt use it but was left equipped with coals etc if we needed to) available too! Top of the range TV, Ipod dock and DVD player which if you preferred to have a night in, is brilliant. The owner really has thought of everything to make this a stylish and well equipped home from home. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped (some owners scrimp a bit here with only the essentials but not here) with everything you could possibly need whilst you are away. Again, top of the range appliances along with washing machine and tumble dryer. The two bathrooms are immaculately clean, great showers and plenty of (good quality) towels (even beach towels) with hot water constantly on tap. The bedrooms are again really stylish with comfortable beds and great lighting. Plenty of wardrobe space and lots of hangers and drawer space......real attention to detail everywhere. The property has electric security shutters all operated remotely so you can secure the apartment when you go out and not worry at all about your valuables. Air conditioning works really well and we found we didnt need to use it at night as the apartment cools down really nicely during the evening. All the communal areas are secure and immaculately well maintained. The car park is secure and well lit and really handy when arriving and departing. The pool area is great! Plenty of loungers, great sized pool, immaculate toilets and showers and best of all, never had more than 10 people around it all the time we were there! Extremely peaceful and relaxing and the pool temperature is perfect! Theres a lifeguard on duty too which is always reassuring! Youre no more than 5 mins drive to everyhwhere youd need to go and the nearest shop can be walked to in 15 mins. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book again when were heading to Spain. Perfect!
