Casa Mazo is the archetype luxury holiday villa, located in a quiet hillside region between Moraira and Calpe. Notably, Casa Mazo benefits from spectacular, panoramic views of Moraira, the Mediterranean sea and the local mountains that can be enjoyed from every room! Internally, the Villa offers four double bedrooms, two equipped with double beds and two equipped with twin beds. The magnificent 50m2 Master bedroom is stunning, with its own lounge area and en-suite. Casa Mazo has two further re-fitted, bathrooms. Externally, the Villa offers a private pool, a covered terrace, a large sun terraceand a number of smaller secluded terraces.
A large gas bbq area was added in 2010 for the benefit of customers/visitors.
WiFi has been added in 2011 for the benefit of customers/visitors.

Casa Mazo epitomises luxury and relaxation. The views are truly stunning. None of the primary south-facing terraces are overlooked, so visitors are able to enjoy quiet, secluded areas to sunbathe and relax. The property is only minutes away from a number of beautiful, sandy beaches. Picturesque Moraira and Calpe are coastal towns within five minutes drive, both of which offer a wide range of excellent restaurants. For quiet nights in, Casa Mazo offers a fully equipped kitchen and offers all amenties required for year round holidays, including air-conditioning, central heating,iPOD docking station, wireless internet, television and laundry facilities.

Casa Mazo is located in a commanding position in a beautiful valley in the splendid coastal region between Moraira and Calpe - 50 minutes from Alicante airport and 60 minutes from Valencia airport.
The traditional old town of Benissa and Teulada are 10 minutes away. The marina at Moraira, the holiday atmosphere of Calpe and the famous sea town of Altea all offer different aspects of the area. The wine growing area of the Jalon Valley is only 15 minutes away.
The owner of Casa Mazo has installed a lockable terrace gate from the covered terrace to the pool terrace, to improve safety for families with children.
As Casa Mazo is located in a hillside region, it is unsuitable for wheelchairs and may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. We would recommend hiring a car if you want to maximise the potential of what the area has to offer.
Casa Mazo comprises four bedrooms in total two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The 50m2 Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Casa Mazo has three bathrooms and three WCs for your partys use.
The Villa provides for private parking, with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
The villa has a television, a DVD player and a Playstation 2 games console.

The open fire in the lounge may be used to create a comfortable, even romantic, atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and items one would expect from a luxury Villa.

Close to the Villa one can find a number of beaches, offering: sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, etc. Mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, are all available nearby. Being located just outside Moraira and Calpe, shopping areas and restaurants are plentiful.
Less than 45 minutes drive away :
Go Karting, the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura theme park, Aqualandia theme park and MundoMar Zoo are approx. 30 minutes away.

The views were stunning and it is in a very peaceful location. The sunrises were beautiful and worth the effort of looking out the bedroom windows first thing in the morning!
The villa was spotless.
You do need a car to get around the local areas but the supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are all within easy driving distance.
The pool was an excellent hit with the teenagers in our party.
We had a really relaxing great holiday and would re-visit the area again to do a little more exploring.
Caso Mazo exceeded our expectations for a rented villa. Accomodation was spacious well appointed and Ideal for a large family holiday.

We've just returned from a week's holiday at this lovely villa up in the hills above Moraira, with fabulous views below us. There were five adults in our party, which made the villa a terrific size for us. I cannot fault the location of the villa, it's a short drive down the hill to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars galore. The only down side to this villa was that we found the sunbathing area to be a little cramped for us, and after 4pm there was no sun on it (which is great for me personally as I prefer morning sun, but a couple of my friends would have liked more sunshine on the terrace). But this is a relatively small gripe in a holiday which was otherwise perfect.
I must pay compliment to Lorraine the lady next door who was very helpful when we needed her (booking taxis for us). Also, as five gay guys, we found the two good-looking lads next door great eye candy, and are sure that future holidaymakers daughters (and sons) will find them a constant source of interest.

Great Views and everything required inn correct places
Casa Mazo could easily be recommended based on location alone ! ! It is a very short drive from clean safe beaches. We did not see a single piece of ltter on the beach whenever we were there. You can also see your children easily from wherever you are. Also the villa is not in a tourist hotspot so you experience a more authentic Spain (Although everything you could possibly need is local). The villa is not overlooked at all and is very private and peaceful. It is light, bright, airy and plenty big enough that no-one will feel 'under each others feet'. I found the man who manages the villa (John) to be the most genuine person I have ever conducted business with and would highly recommend anyone to rent this villa from him.
