Mid way between Marbella and Fuengirola this charming 2 bed apartment offers an excellent location in quiet residential surroundings.
The apartment is located in its own grounds with a serviced swimming pool (showers and toilets) ideal for cooling off between sunbathing sessions or for that all important first swimming lesson for the little one. The gardens are lawned and boast a good selection semi tropical shrubs. There is a tennis court at the end of the gardens which is available for all residents.

This part ground floor apartment is accessed from either the main entrance of the block or via lift from the underground parking garage. The main reception area leads to:- spacious lounge / dining room which is equipped with TV with both DVD and Satellite input as well as a CD player for your music. There are 2 terraces located off this area one to the East of the block, off the dining area, ideal from summer eating and the other to the West which is larger and offers both an eating and sun bathing area.
The main bedroom has a standard size double bed with coordinating furnishings and a fitted wardrobe, there is access via patio doors to the main terrace. The en suite bathroom is fitted with with bath / shower over, bidet, wash basin and w/c. The second bedroom has two standard single beds with coordinated furnishings and fitted wardrobe. Next to the bedrooms is the family bathroom with bath / shower over, wash basing and w/c.
Back to the reception area for the fully fitted kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave and Washing Machine and also comes with a Kettle, Coffee filter and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse.
The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning / central heating.

A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.

The complex is made up of several blocks which share the large swimming pool. There are changing and toilet facilities by the pool which is a big help. The gardens are mainly laid to grass with attractive shrub borders. At the end of the garden there is a Tennis Court available for the use of all residents.

A 15 minute walk gives you access to the Riviera shopping complex, where there’s an excellent supermarket offering fresh fish, meat and bread counters. If you prefer to shop at the market there is one in La Cala (15 minutes away by car) every Wednesday and Saturday and one at Calypso on a Thursday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain – one of which is located at the entrance of Riviera .

Really you are spoilt for choice; locally just along by the supermarket there is a top class Pizzeria "Les Terraces" serving great pizzas and pastas, an Argentinian Steak House and La Venta del Golf, a fine Spanish restaurant serving great charcoal grilled meat dishes. There are also 2 bars and other amenities situated at the commercial centre. A short drive takes you to the El Zoco complex where there is an even larger choice of restaurants and bars - two of our favourites is Meson and El Olivo. Then of course there are the beach bars one is on the door step but there are lots of others too many to mention here and they are all good - try the paella its what this area is famous for.

At the bottom of the hill at Riviera del Sol behind Max Beach Bar/Restaurant there is a quiet natural beach which has a selection of lovely beach-side restaurants in easy walking distance both left and right. From here a 5 minute drive easterly along the A7 you have La Cala where you will find a bustling beach front with great fish restaurants and bars and if you drive 5 minutes in the opposite direction you will reach Cabopino, which has a great family beach and also a marina surrounded by some equally lovely bars and restaurants.

Close by at Calahonda is the Club del Sol sports complex which is equipped with 12 tennis courts, 4 paddle courts, 4 squash courts and a 450m2 gym.
Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators.
Tennis - can be found at Club del Sol in Calahonda, the Don Carlos hotel in Elviria and Club El Casco in El Rosario.
Golf – Miraflores Golf is on the doorstep just a 10 minute walk away and offers an excellent 18 hole course. For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations.
Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes.

During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

The facilities were just as advertised and what we were looking for. The only complaint was that although maid service was advertised we only saw her / them once when our linen was changed half way during our stay. The tiled floors needed cleaning when we arrived. Otherwise a truly great experience and will use again.

Realy enjoyed the villa. Ideal location close enough to everything yet nice and quiet. The local management company were excellent both before in answearing all our questions about the area and during the stay. Will definatly go back again.

We had an excellent holiday, the villa was great and the area ideal for all of us. The beach and shops were withiin walking distance but most of the time was spent sunbathing round the pool. Would definatly recomend the villa.

We have a great time right from the start. Did not need a car as it wasn-t too far to walk to the shops and busses. The pool was fantastic ideal for cooling off when sunbathring. The area seemed to be quite residential which ment it was nice a quiet. Cannot wait for next year!
This is our third visit to the property and we are already planning our return for 2012. The pool area is fantastic there are toilets and shower facilities at the pool and there is even a fridge to keep your drinks cool. At night the area is transformed with the way in which they have done the garden lighting. The club house restaurant and bar is excellent value for money and there is entertainment at least twice a week.
