The master bedroom features a king sized bed, bedside tables with reading lights, double fitted wardrobes that provide ample storage and an ocean view from the window. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, wash hand basin with mirror over and a handy storage unit underneath.

The second bedroom features a king sized bed, double fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp.

The third bedroom has bunk beds with reading lights, a double fitted wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and relaxing arm chair.

The main bathroom has a spacious walk in shower, wash hand basin with mirror over and a handy storage unit underneath.

The private rooftop solarium, accessed by steps inside the apartment, is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining for six. A BBQ is provided for your use. Perfect for a sunset glass of wine and a lounger is ideal for soaking up the sunshine that shines in Mil Palmeras over 300 days a year and a shower is fitted for cooling off during sunbathing sessions.

Two “chiringuitas” (casual beach restaurants) offer drinks and dining on the sand. Within easy walking distance is Mil Palmeras’ strip with over a dozen dining and entertainment options and a grocery store making a car optional. There is a lovely seaside pathway along the costa which is ideal for cycling and walking.

A short drive opens up a world of opportunities for golf, boating, shopping at the famous Boulevard in La Zenia, excursions to other beaches and historical and cultural outings in nearby Torrevieja, Cartegena, Murcia and Alicante. Although car hire is not necessary it is recommended for exploring the area.
