A superbly appointed 2 apartment on a super complex overlooking the med and very close to the nice beaches in Miraflores

One of two very nice, quiet 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment fully equipped with all the comforts you would expect in you own home. The home affords wonderful views across the super communal gardens, pool (which has its own bar/café and kiddies pool) and the ‘med’ from its good sized, south facing terrace. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles and are both tastefully decorated. The lounge/diner is well furnished and includes TV and satellite. The Miraflores resort is located on the shores of the Mediterranean, in the province of Malaga, midway between the towns of Fuengirola and Marbella. Monte B apartments are set in a beautiful residential garden development, built in typical Andalucian style. The apartments are within walking distance of the main resort with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket. The beach is a further 5 minutes walk from the main resort. For the more active, Miraflores offers a wide variety of sports facilities including over 20 swimming pools, water sports, tennis, lawn bowls as well as the adjoining 18 hole Miraflores Golf Course with its own Golf Academy. Maid service, linen and towel change are provided on the anniversary of the week This property is managed by Inspirations Marbella, one of the largest and professional support teams in the area. This is an important consideration when deciding on booking privately owned accommodation.
There is nothing more comforting to know than that you have the help and support of a motivated team on-site in order that your holiday is the best ever!
Our professional, legal, customer service orientated management company are located in the area and are able to offer the following from pre to post rental with us:
1. On booking request you will receive a detailed email with all the information about the rental and how you pay, step-by-step.
2. On payment of the deposit you will receive email confirmation that your holiday is booked and further instructions.
3. You will be asked to fill out all your details, including flights and special requests to ensure that everything is covered.
4. At balance payment stage you will receive another email with further details on payment and more information and suggestions.
5. On payment you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details needed, including key collection, special requests etc.
6. At this point you can decide whether you want to take advantage of their professional transfer service from the airport direct to the property (in English, French, German, Spanish or Russian).
7. Or if you are hiring a car, a detailed travel itinerary will be sent by PDF email how to find their office to collect the keys.
8. They are able to offer varying services prior to your arrival welcome packs, hire of beds, cots, high-chairs etc, hire of PS2 or Xbox, mobile modem hire for your laptop, etc... Please ask!
9. The property will be clean and ready for your arrival, with all the power on, the water hot and anything you requested in place.
10. If you have any requirements whilst you are there, all the contact details and the office location is detailed for you.
11. Finally on vacation, you will be instructed the outward procedure.

We had a lovely stay. The apparment was clean and well equiped. The pool area was great for my child, the beach was a bit far to walk. But all in all a nice area although not really in Marbella.

We've just had a wonderful week in this property and were very pleased to find everything exactly as shown in the summary.
The apartment was very clean and everything well cared for. The grounds are very well kept and the pool clean - with a life guard in attendance all day. Although our week was in the height of the summer holidays the pool was never crowded and there were plenty of sunbeds to go round! The beach was further away than expected (steep hill !) but with a great pool and fantastic views we were very satisfied. There are some local shops and restaurants very close by which was a bonus. I would recommend hiring a car and a trip to Mijas in the hills was well worth a visit. We would happily use this apartment again when next visiting the area.

This apartment is in a quiet area near the beach. It has a shared pool, a balcony, a barbecue, a garage and outside lighting. Car hire is recommended as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
