A delightful Pueblo Villa located at Mijas Golf set in attractive communal gardens with a large pool overlooking the fifth Fairway. An ideal location for golfers, having two excellent 18-hole courses on their doorstep and a further three within a 15 minute drive. The busy town of Fuengirola is 10 minutes away by car and hosts a large selection of bars and restaurants. Car hire is essential and has the added advantage of enabling you to explore the countryside.
The property is accessed via an attractive Andalucian style patio, which is an ideal place for breakfast as it leads directly to both the kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is compact yet has all you will need with Hob, Oven, Microwave, Extractor, Fridge/Freezer and Washing M/c, and also comes with a Kettle, Coffee Machine and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse.
The lounge is a good size with a large feature fireplace (ideal in the winter), the large flat screen TV has both DVD and Satellite input. There is also an iPod dock for those who prefer their own music selections as well as a CD and Radio. There is also a Mezzanine level in the lounge which is accessed via a spiral staircase and ideal place to catch up on the emails as the property is equipped with WiFi internet. Of the lounge towards the outside terrace is the dining area. From here terrace doors lead out onto the patio which gives direct access to the communal gardens. One of the great advantages of this property is the lawned area in front of the patio which is tucked away from the main garden giving a great place to sunbathe. On a few meters away is the large pool which even in the height of the summer is never that busy.
From the lounge access is gained to the bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen size bed,coordinating furniture and fitted wardrobes. The en-suit has a walk in shower, wash hand basin and W/c. The second bedroom has two standard single beds, coordinating furniture and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom situated between the two bedrooms has a walk in shower, wash basin and W/c.
The house is fitted with air conditioning / heating making both summer and winter stays equally pleasurable.
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.
The complex is small comprising only 8 Pueblo style houses and as such the pool and gardens are never crowded. The swimming pool 12 meters x 6 meters with depths ranging from 1 meter to 2 meters . The attractive gardens mainly laid to grass with shrubbery borders.
Within a 10 minute drive you get access to several shopping areas where you can stock up on fresh fish, meat and bread. If you prefer to shop at one of the markets there is one in Fuengirola (15 minutes away by car) every Tuesday, and a smaller but quainter one in La Cala (10 minutes away by car). During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday.
Really you are spoilt for choice, just along the road to Fuengirola are 2 typically Spanish restaurants (Ventas) both offer a good selection of meats and tapas. Once you reach Fuengirola there is an amazing amount of choice to suit all tastes. Then of course there are the beach bars too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.
The beach at Fuengirola and Los Boliches (its neighbour to the East) are exceptionally good, beach beds and be hired are many of the beach bars and restaurants or simply find a spot and put your towel down.
Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators.
Water parks - one of the best is located on your doorstep at the end of the road into Fuengirola. Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda.
Golf – Mijas offer 2 world class courses and for the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations.
Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes.
Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria (on the way to Marbella) the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.
OUT & ABOUT
During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

The House is really fantastic!
Very clean, everything is ok,
During the stay we had a problem with the pool, the owner come at the property in 15 minutes, astonishing....
The location is very quiet and a footstep far from shops and a few minutes drive from evey kind of entertainement.

The property overlooks the 5th fairway of the Las Lagunas Golf course at Mijas Golf. The 3rd bedroom (the twin) is located on a mezzaninne level overlooking the lounge area and is accessed by a spiral staircase so is not be suitable for younger children.
