South facing spacious open plan lounge and dining area with a large solid teak table and chairs capable of seating 12. Marble floors (area 60sqm). Satellite TV. Large cast iron fireplace which can be used in open or closed mode. Large picture windows.
There is a utility room adjacent to kitchen with granite worktops, fitted cupboards, washing machine and double drainer sink, iron and ironing board. Direct access to garden.

Malaga airport 30 mins by car (on the autovia all the way except for the last 5-10 mins which involves a drive on an excellent road through scenic unspoilt countryside). A car is absolutely necessary for this villa !
Calahonda 5-10 mins by car. La Cala de Mijas is 5-10 mins by car. Fuengirola is 15 mins by car. Marbella is 20 mins by car. Puerto Banus is 25 mins by car. Gibraltar is 1 hour by car.
Weekly street markets, excellent for vegetables, fruit, spices etc., whole range of shops, restaurants, post office, supermarkets in La Cala. Greater range still including shopping malls, street markets in Fuengirola.
