Overview

Enjoy a home-cooked meal at the family sized dining table which is within arm's length of the kitchen area for easy serving, followed by relaxation in the spacious lounge area with a good book, music and a superb view especially at sunset.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. All utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery are supplied.
The master bedroom on the lower floor has its own sun-trap balcony and en-suite bathroom.

Views inside and outside
The second bedroom is large enough to contain three single beds if required.
The superb view of the sea from the upstairs balcony extends to the beach and beyond. Magnificent sunsets can be witnessed most evenings.

As well as being close to the sea with a delightful little harbour from which you can swim and dive, there are also some lovely local walks, both by the sea and inland. For those who like to dive, there is actually a Diving School at the harbour.

There is a local bus serving Cala Torret, nearby Binibeca, the delightful little town on Sant Lluis and also Mahon, the capital with its beautiful cathedral and many other lovely old buildings. Mahon is completely unspoilt by progress.

Extra information (There are two floors. The daytime accommodation is on the upper floor, where there is a spacious dining and lounge area, kitchen and balcony with sea view. The lower floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony which is a delightful sun-trap. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. Supermarket and restaurants are about 2 minutes walk away. Beach is 10 minutes walk away and can be seen from the balcony.)

The property is superb if you want a quiet holiday with good food and an excellent beach nearby. You'll probably need a car if you want to venture further afield, but legs will suffice if you just want sun! Owner a pleasure to deal with and the apartment has plenty of extra homely things such as games, books, tourist info etc.

Description of property was very accurate. It was spacious and had lovely view from upper balcony and a great spot for stargazing! A bit disappointed that we could hear the background babble from the nearby restaurants until early hours-but on the other hand nice to be able to eat out within walking distance and Spanish operate on a different timescale! Great to have the place cleaned, beds and towels changed half way through the holiday at no additional charge. Kitchen area in need of an updat e (planned in near future) but it had all the necessary items.

A "home from home" property - cosy, comfortable with well equipped kitchen and lots of books and games. Superb sea views from upper balcony. Close to restaurants, supermarket and beach. Suspect it could be a bit noisy in the evenings in high season but great in September!
