A very clean and well decorated (exterior and interior) apartment. This is a really lovely 2 bedroomed, south facing, end of row 1st floor apartment and is well maintained. It will sleep up to 4 people in the two bedrooms. Extra 'put up' beds are available for 2 further guests and for the younger guests we offer the use of a child cot / travel cot, high chair and playpen. Sun bathe in comfort on your very own private roof top solarium, complete with sun canopy to assist in keeping cool through out the year. There are beautiful views out over the town of Guardamar Del Segura and surrounding area. The south facing front balcony off the lounge/dining room area also has a sun canopy and is complete with table and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy your meals alfresco.
The apartment has two 'double bed' sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.There is a very comfy foldable single Z bed available for a fifth person. Whilst a bit 'tight', a sixth person can be accommodated using a very comfortable 'BLOW UP AIR MATTRESS'' which can be placed in the lounge area. (Guests will need to inflate the air bed as neccessary). The kitchen is completely independant and is well equipped with fridge / freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and it is complemented further with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board - all the neccessary utensils and crockery for up to six people, and along with those little extras to make this apartment a real home from home.
The lounge and dining area is a good size, and is fitted with modern furniture - including two double seat settees, a dining table and 6 chairs. Ceiling fans are fitted in both the bedrooms. The apartment is kept clean and tidy at all times and made welcome ahead of visitors. Prices quoted are for the weekly use of the apartment which can accomodate at the moment a maximum of 6 people, and a small child (using the available cot etc).

NEW 1 - We now, as mentioned above, offer the availability of travel cot, play pen and high chair for those with a young child.
NEW 2 - We can also offer a welcome pack (milk, tea, coffee etc.). The welcome pack is available subject to a small additional fee of 20 euros that should be paid to the owners on arrival, but please give us a call using the 'email owners' tab contained in this website, if you require the aforementioned services.

The private roof top solarium has a table and chairs and sun loungers and a full size sun screen cover that takes just a few minutes to open and close.
Inside the apartment there is a CD player and satelite TV, along with CD's and books / some games. This apartment has the free use of internet via wifi connection. German TV is available via separate satellite system.
Pool entrance key fob for use of all our visitors, ensuring privacy at the pool for just the owners of the local apartments.

Ceiling fans are fitted in both the bedrooms.
For added safety, this apartment DOES NOT have GAS appliances, but does have an electric water heater fitted.

We are within a short walk - or even shorter car journey - of a range of supermarkets and restaurants. Just 5 minutes drive away there are new outdoor hard court football and tennis courts, along with facilities, available for hire for a few euros an hour
Just up the road from the apartment, there is a bus stop where buses are available for day trips to Alicante and Benidorm and surrounding attractions.

With the major tourist cities of Alicanti, Benidorm and Torreviega fairly handy - we have supplied some details of trips and sights to see with a pack of info within the apartment. Visit the cities of Madrid and Valencia by train. Locally - visit the towns of La Marina, Guardamar Del Segura, San Fulgencio, Santa Pola and the historical town of Orihuela. Golf course at Rojales just 6Km away.Visit Spains disney style theme park at Terramitica, just 50 minutes away at Benidorm.

Locally, the blue flag beach at La Marina Village is just a short drive away, and has a range of activities and refreshment facilities, this a really good and clean beach. Just a 5 minute walk away from the apartment is a park area with childrens play park, along with a picnic area and outdoor exercise area.

Extra information (Car hire would be an advantage in enjoying the facilities that the Costa Blanca has to offer, this location is an ideal one from which to explore the coastline.Car Hire as well as general taxi service is available from Alicanti airport, with taxi charges in the region of 35 euro each way, please confirm at the airport before onward travel as charges may well vary. Depending on circumstances at the time THE OWNERS WILL ASSIST WITH ARRANGING COLLECTION via a genuine PRIVATE TAXI - TO ALLOW AS MUCH TIME AS POSSIBLE PLEASE ADVISE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF THIS IS REQUIRED. TV reception is via the community sky dish and usually recieves a good range of UK channels, though not sky sport live football channels. Besides the internet in the apartment, there are internet facilities available locally with several outlets just a few minutes away. Very good value for money, a/c working perfectly and needed in the summer months, clean and well presented apartment, only a few minutes walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants through a short cut rough path, i would recommend aj`s bar for a superb breakfast and the grill house for an evening meal, a car is adviseable to get a bit further afield from la marina, parking is always available close by to the apartment. Overall a pleasent holiday.

the property was spotless clean, it had everything you could wish for, and more. .the facilities that it offered were excellent, and it wasnt far from the main road, with eateries, shops, and other facilities, but was far enough away not to have any noise from revellers. I would definatley use this property again, as it was to a high standard and good value for money

A very pleasant and spotlessly clean apartment with all that you would need , a car is a help, but for a quiet chill out hol this is the one. Good value for the money, thinking of going again in 2012
We were in this villa for 1 week, the apartment itself is spotless and had everything you need within it, it was less than a miutes walk to the communal pool which was lovely. The apartment was about a 10/15min walk to the local supermarket/shops/bars, but if you wanted to travel futher out you would definetly need a car. We would recommend this to friends and family if they were looking for a relaxing, value for money holiday.

This property has everything you could ever ask for and more, It was spotless on arrival and everything was in excellent condition. It is situated in a very quiet and pleasant area with the pool just around the corner and the shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The owners were very helpful in assisting with any queries, we would have no hesitation in recommending this property and we plan to return sometime soon.
we found a/c not working.sun chairs broken.frying pan burnt.roof terrace dirty and full of leaves from untended plants.thick dust under table and settees. we also ended up paying more than was stated and was told we would get a refund ha!!....and parking was terrible. not again for us.....
We had stayed here in Aug 08 and had such a great time went back again this year Aug 09. Everything you need to make a perfect holiday is available, its well equiped, pool very close by with sunbeds if you need them, shopping within 5 min car journey, and if your up for a walk you can use the short cut footpaths and get there walking in 15min and the veriety of shops english and local are very good with two supermarkets and just a little further afield about 9-10mins by car is an english Iceland and very cheap! We would reccomend use of a car. We will definatly be going back and would reccomend to everyone. Many thanks to Mike and Mary for their hospitality and allowing us to rent their property. Clean well appointed apartment, close to all the amenities in La Marina. Beach trips require a hire car as the local bus service is infrequent off peak. Very well equipped, with more than everything necessary for a holiday. Lovely area and two lovely pools nearby available for renters.
I stayed at this property for a fortnight last year and even though it was peak time found this property to be reasonably priced. I was recommended the apartment through a friend of the family and am pleased to say it didnt disappoint. With ample space, air conditioning, fantastic views and the peacful surroundings my family and i had a wonderful holiday. We arranged to hire a car at the airport and found the apartment to be reasonably central to the surrounding market towns. With a young family i would recommend car hire to get the beach.
Had a really great holiday, nicely furnished real home from home, friendly neighbous, qiet but still close to ammenties , pool really nice great views, resturants really good too, lovely area been twice now will definately go back, would recomend it to anyone.
family from Manchester stayed at our apartment last year and had a really great time, so much so that they are back with us again this year (August). I feel sure that they would offer a review if required.
