I will always meet you and see you into your holiday home, give you maps tell you were to go, help you in any way we can to make this a wonderfully holiday for you.

There are many Cafes,Bars,Restaurants,Banks and a Supermarket just 10 to 15 mins walk.This area is not a disco place.

The complex is a mix of residents and holiday makers. noise after midnight is to a minumum.
The lovely sandy beaches are 7 mins drive, Busess run to the Beach from 1st july to 31 aug. taxis take people to the beach for aprx 6 euros each way.
busess run to Elche, Alicante, Torrevieja, guardamar, santa pola.
thia modern apartment has 3 bed and 1 shower room, 3 fans, sleeps 6, the bedrooms are large but THE LOUNGE AREA IS SMALL, a large communal pool,. in a quiet area,. .the kichen has a washing machine. 2 hobs, a contra oven and grill,please note YES WE SLEEP BUT THE LOUNGE IS SMALL.
THIS PROPERYY HAS ENGLISH TV WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE TO VIEW.
PLEASE NOTE THIS APARTMENT IS ON A HILL.

Beaches
La Marina BEACH is a 7 minute car drive away and there is a regular bus service from 1st july to 31 aug. The beach has soft white sand and is backed by a pine forest offering plenty of shade. It has several beach bars open during the summer and there is also a restaurant, where you can dine overlooking the Meditteranean and the isle of Tabarca, said to be frequented by pirates in ancient times! SUNBEDS are available for hire and CARPARKING is FREE.Costa Blanca beaches have a good record, with over 30 of them having been awarded EU 2 BLUE FLAG standards for cleanliness, safety and amenities...................................

FOR GOLF LOVERS,
The closest 18 hole course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. There are numerous championship golf courses in the area, much too many to mention. The famous golf courses at La Manga are less than an hour away.Apart from the natural beaches there are stunning walks and scenery all along the coastline particularly Santa Pola Salt lakes where you see the pink flamingoes and Guardarmar where you can walk from town through the planted sand dunes down to the marina.

While we were very well looked after during our stay and found Trevor to be extremely helpful and friendly as were the owners and neighbours this property is extremely small and in our opinion was not suitable for our family holiday. The location indicated on the web site does not actually reflect the position of the property and is therefore misleading with regard to the size of this property. We would advise that this property be located correctly so people can make a more informed decision about renting and its actual size.

The size is as it says in the details a small lounge and yes its a buget price,The map is not 100 % right but it says so if your look at it.But it has a great free communal pool to use.English TV and WFIts as it says its a apartment not as a villa.

stayed for one week in febuary with my wife and 2 children, the apartment was adequate for our needs. The apartment was exactly as described small loung but nice, Trevor the manager was excellent when meeting us and was on hand to offer any help we may of needed. We had a lovely break here and I would certainly return as I thought it was excellent value for money.John
