Gated off road parking for 2 cars is available at the front of the villa. The impressive entrance leads via the lobby to the split level living area with comfortable sofas and chairs set around the feature fireplace and the large picture window looking out onto the main terrace and pool. There is a large TV which has both Satellite and DVD input. The large fully fitted kitchen is located off the lounge and is equipped with Gas Hob, Extractor, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and also comes with a Kettle and Toaster. A breakfast table and 6 chairs complete the furnishings. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse. Next to the kitchen is locate the villas impressive dining area having a large oval glass table and 8 chairs. Large patio doors lead direct to the garden and outside bar area. Across the lounge is the main access to the garden and also access to the ground floor guest suite which comprises a bedroom with 2 standard single beds, coordinating furniture, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with vanity unit, standard size bath with shower, bidet and W/c. A private lounge completes the guest suite which as a double sofa bed, 2 swivel chairs and coffee table.
Stairs lead to the lower ground floor from the entrance lobby where the second twin bedroom is located; there is also a lounge area and cloakroom on this level. Stairs also ascend from the lobby leading to the first twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobe and en suit bathroom having a standard bath with shower, vanity unit, bidet and W/c. The master bedroom suite is also on this lever and comprises bedroom with queen size bed, coordinating furniture and fitted wardrobes in the dressing area. Patio doors lead out to the large private terrace which offers uninterrupted views out to sea and on a clear day the North African coast. The bathroom with shower, vanity unit, bidet and W/c completes the suite.
The property is equipped with air-conditioning / heating on the first and ground floor. If required a/c can be provided for the lower ground floor (at an additional cost) but has seldom been necessary.

A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide a 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.

The Villa has its own private pool measuring 9m x 4m set to the South of the property adjacent to the main patio; the garden is mainly laid to grass with shrub borders. An ideal place for sunbathing (8 sunbeds are provided) or for the children to play in. The pool has the added advantage of a surrounding child proof fence; access to the pool is by a set of steps within the pool leading into the shallow end.

There are two supermarkets within 15 minute walk of the villa, both open 7 days a week. If you prefer to shop at one of the open markets there is one in Elviria every Friday or 15 minutes away by car to the La Cala market, open Wednesday and Saturday.

Marbesa and its neighbors Carib Playa and Elviria have a dozen beach bar/restaurants all good and all specialising in fresh fish and sea food. You must try a paella it’s what this area is famous for. At the entrance to Marbesa is the El Rancho restaurant which offers a wide selection and have a very good BBQ. Along at Elviria there is a further excellent selection of foodie haunts.

From the villa it takes just under 10 minutes to get to the beach and the nearest beach bar which is Sinbad’s. To the east along the beach is one of our favorites Triana and then on to the Las Dunas nature reserve and Puerto Cabopino. This charming marina offers a selection of beach bars with outside dining and BBQ’s. Along the waterfront, overlooking exotic yachts are a number of international restaurants. West of Marbesa towards Marbella is a beautiful stretch of beach leading to the Marriot Resort and the renowned Hotel Don Carlos with its world famous Nikki Beach Bar. What a treat to wander down in the evening and watch the sunset over the horizon with the water lapping at your feet.

There are several fitness centers along in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa facilities.
Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators. Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda.
Golf – Elviria and Cabopino have excellent courses and for the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations.
Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes. Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.

During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.


Modern villa situated beach side in the Marbesa Urbanisation with good sea views and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, which are amongst the best in the area and boast several good beach bars.

The villa was as described, in fact several members of the family felt it was better than we expected, so yes we felt it was good value for money. On arrival the villa was presented clean and tidy. During our stay we had a problem in the basement section of the Villa with some partial flooding which was very promptly dealt with by the management company Casa Care. We will defiantly recommend the villa to friends and family and we will certainly use Casa Care again.

The property was exactly as described and was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. However we were glad we had a car as it meant we could explore further afield. The directions to the property were good and on arrival the property was well presented, fresh and clean. We would be happy to recommend it to others looking for a good villa close to the beach.

The villa was perfect for our requirements as we have various members of our family visiting during our 3 week stay. The facilities of the villa were very good in particular we liked the fenced pool area which gave us peace of mind with the grandchildren. We would certainly recommend the villa for any families looking to stay in the charming beach side estate of Marbesa.

The property was ideal for us and having the child fence around the pool ment we could rest easy knowing that the kids were safe. We did had a slight problem with the air conditioning but it was soon sorted by the local Managements company. Look forward to going again next year.

I recently booked this villa form some clients of mine and have been asked by the property managers to write a review the property. The property was clean and well presented on arrival and is exactly as described on the web site. The villa was well equipped and had everything they needed. The clients we pleased about the fence round the pool as they can relax without worrying about the small children. They have told me that they will defiantly come back again next year. Thank you Rado
We had avery enjoyable holiday - we had booked for 10 persons but there was only bedding for 8 persons. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and the kitchen appliances fridge, dish washer etc were rather dated and need re newed. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and again needs to be up graded. The garden was welll kept as was the pool, and there was the surprise of the sprinklers at 10.30am ! The cleaners were very friendly and willing to help. It was nice not to have to leave at 10am as our flight was not until 9pm-much appreciated. I would consider using this villa again as itslocation was perfect for our family.
