RENTAL REGISTRATION NUMBER CTC-2018004650 Elviria is one of the oldest and best established residential tourist areas outside of Marbella. Well known for its excellent beaches and attractive countryside it is now becoming know for its exceptional restaurants and top quality facilities. So its only logical that it becomes the location of choice for many discerning visitors who return year after year.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
From the entrance hall direct access is obtained to all the rooms of the property.
The lounge is spacious and contains both the dining area with is 4 seat table and the sitting area with a comfortable sofa and chairs to relax in. There is IP TV which gives a very large selection of Channels including many of the UK favorites as well as WiFi. The garden terrace is reached from patio doors off the lounge, where there is further seating so you can enjoy a sun downer at the end of the day while enjoying the views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Ceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, and also comes with a Kettle and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse.
The Master bedroom is well furnished and has fitted wardrobe as well as direct access to the outside patio. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, coordinating furniture, and a fitted wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower, twin vanity unit and w/c. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.

FACILITIES
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide a 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.

SWIMMING POOL
The complex has a private pool located a few meteres away.

SHOPPING
A five minute walk gives you access to 2 large shopping areas either side of the Elviria A7 junction. Here you will find excellent supermarkets offering fresh fish, meat and bread counters. If you prefer to shop at one of the open markets there is one in Elviria every Friday or 15 minutes away by car to the La Cala market, open Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain, of which there is one in Elviria.

EATING OUT
Elviria has become something of a foodie heaven with all tastes and budgets catered for. One of our favorites is Arte Café where the Ribs are to die for. Then of course are the beach bars, too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.

BEACH
The beach is litterally next to the apartment as is the excellent Perla Blanca beach bar / Restaurant.
Elviria has some of the best beaches in Marbella, probably why they built the Don Carlos Hotel and the Marriot Resort here. 10 minutes by car from the property you will find Puerto Cabopino whose beach is ideal for small children as it has a very slow sloping access to the water, plus they have pedalo’s so the whole family can join in. Then of course you have Nikki Beach celebrating 9 years of beach parties. Why not pop along and mix with the rich and famous.

SPORTS
There are several fitness centers in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa ulities. Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators.
Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda.
Golf – Elviria has the prestigious Santa Maria golf complex as will as the Elviria Hills 3 - 9 hole course. For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations.
Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes.
Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.

OUT & ABOUT
During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.
